Eye opening experience

Hectic working,you need to be great with numbers. Working in a team,which makes work easier. You need to be patient with other co-workers,you need to push hard to get the work load done in time prior to the given deadline. Working there is challenging,you need to work on your toes and keep up. Not having a social life is not necessarily important as long as the bank balance gets fat and gaining archiving experience

It was great working there

IT was The company has a well since of direction and fairness to the employees. The staff was well trained in what needed to be done at times did not follow the directions Great Place to work. Contractor (Former Employee) - Everywhere USA - June 4, 2018 Relaxed, Learned new things everyday, Management was Great, Workplace Culture was Diverse, Hardest Part of the Job was calling it a day, The most Enjoyable part of the Day was coming into work, Everything, Great Place to work.. Management Is great and flexable.

My day in the life of working in govrrnment

My typical day at work includes liaison with primary schools and getting information on their Grade R status.. Ie, Grade R educator information, number of learners, number of classrooms. Consolidating this information and submitting to head office. Answering calls at the GET (CURRICULUM) OFFICE. Monitoring day car centers around Makapanstad and

Excellent learning curve

working with people with different characters is quiet challenging but you get used to the environment as time goes by, I have learned new things, I have managed to work under pressure and to multitask.

Excelent learning curve

I am able to maintain pleasant helpful and professional manner while working under pressure. Also to work with supervision and without supervision . I am able to function well with a team. Passion for working children/ youth to build the relationship with the learners by staying in school up until late to assist learners with homework and group studies. To promote attandance and learner retention and also to identify unauthorized learners absenteeism and offer approprate assistance to prevent such absenteeism and learners dropout. The most challenging to deal with learners that are using drugs ,alcohol, smoking and to do home visits where it is necessary to talk with the parents about their learners behaviour in school.
