Great Place for employment but I am not happy about being on contract
A typical day at my office rather quiet unless schools are having a challenge with their individual database. A good relationship needs to be built with all the schools supporting staff as they are the main link to having reliable data on their databases. I have learnt that good database administration is more than just the information on the database but relationships you build with the different schools in order to have a good working relationship and ethic. I enjoy being able to assist a The most challenging aspects of the job is when the system behaves in a manner that does not assist schools especially when deadlines have to be met. ll my clients with all their daunting challenges that they come across during time of hard pressure.

Career Growth, act as a link between management and junior level.
Good interpersonal relationship. People orientation I enjoyed working with management team and General staff The traffic in the office can be challenging, but i mane to under pressure. helping people.

Able to learn everything
Energetic person; able to deliver and submit work very early. I have experience and qualification for this position. I can work with team to make our job easier. I am able to answer telephone within 3 times ringing. I can do filling precisly.

Great interaction
Great interaction with different people everyday. But it is nerve racking having to work with potential covid 19 suspects. Great opportunity to work with the department of education.

Great place to work for
I deal with payroll issues for educators and I do change of banking details. Solve educators problems relating to finance e. G how to get irp5, how to terminate policies and payment of allowances. I work work well in a team since we work hand in hand with Human Resources. I have learned good many different skills that I now utilize in my work placeth payroll issues for educators

Great career expoaure
For a graduate the work environment is conducive for grow. The Department of Education at Head Office caters for everyone. The role of an intern in this situation is to learn as much as they can possible grab. Collegues will assist you in adjusting to your work space and your supervisor becomes your mentor

It was very challenging to work at Department of Education but I really appreciate the opportunity and the experience Working hours were Normal 8hours The relationship with workers was very good I have learnt a lot of things I enjoyed working or using a computer Working this the community is very challenging you have to be gently and listen
