Excellent learning curve
My day to day revovles around assisting educators with teaching learners, do all typing of school tasks and make copies. I havve a very good relationship with my co-workers, I share what I know with them and allow them to share what they also know. I have learnt team work, communication, time manegement and I have also learnt to perform well under pressure. I enjoy administration most and educating the learners. The most challenging aspect of the job is it requires you to study all the time and be prepare all the time.

Well excellent learning
i enjoy working here at department of education, my manager always help me a lot if there is something i don't understand he make it a point that i got it right, so far what i learnt here is to helping others people and being friendly, and enjoy during launch where share everything with my co-workers, the most challenging part is where sometimes you don't balance the accounts.

Good in sharing views/ information.
I Apdate documents, Doing out and incoming call/mails. Management & Administrative, clerical duties, assest management. I enjoy /like entertainments from media and group enteetainments. Challenges to be undermined at work. I learnt that in working field you'll meet with people with different attitude. And you will find yourself been depressed by other.
Pros: Competition in promotions.
Cons: I able to work underpresure.

Wonderful learning and Healthy working environment
Ii I love working with other people so much. I worked and enjoyed my work even though the contract came to an end it was lovely. I wold love to work in the same energetic environment that will allow me to be able to express myself and be free .No Dicr

Great experience for self growth
It's been an excellent experience for me working for the education sector. I have learnt a lot through out the 3 year period and it's really amazing working with people of different backgrounds and learning abilities.

Excelent learning curve
I have been an intern from 2013 to 2019 no post was advertised earning same stipend for so many years .working underpressure and doing a lot of job...ii enjoyed working in an administration industry and i was also doing finance of the school all financial related records.capturing all the school data on the system. Also being secretarial, writing minutes on parents and staff meetings, managing the diary principal.
Pros: Great experience gained , there was no promotion oppoturnity
Cons: They never employed permanent, and stipend is too little such long time

Excellent learning curve
There's a lot of work which gives me experience and the workers are very friendly and try to assist you in their best way......There are good working hours.......And deadlines of the work can be over stressing but manageable.

Excellent learning experience
I had a great experience with the department of Education, working with different ages of learners, dealing with different characters was so awesome to me. Since I was working in rural areas the cjlenge was the environment, learners were so disadvantaged in so much that I had devise means to make their education effective and successful. High rate of unemployment which resulted in kids relying on social grant and that made it difficult for the kids to cope easily at school. I tried my best to create a strong relationship with the families because some of them needed my assistance in applying for social grants and identify those who needed counseling due to their background which made it difficult to cope with education. I enjoyed being there because I learnt a lot about different lifestyles of communities.
