Excellent learning curve and exposure
I started my career in 2014 as an Admin Assistant to Adv chilwane. I worked with him until 2016 and 2017 I joined swgc where I worked in recruitment, IR, Training and development and did HR admin up until 2018. I then joined Gauteng department of education in the department of hr. The level of exposure is very high and the challenges entailed within the department is very massive more especially that we are in a very unionized environment. I have been part of a team that has recruited from unskilled to pro-skilled and had candidtaes from outside the country as well.
Pros: Less chances of promotion
Cons: Fair working hours

Government schools are mo longer safe for Educators. I have been affected and now currently displaced due to Political instabilities. The school has no formal security measures, At random anyone can enter the school and victimise anyone and police station is over 40km away
Pros: Fulfilment of uplifting a young mind
Cons: Vulnerability of Teachers

It's a warm environment filled with warm people who are always willing to give you a hand and show you how things are done.
