Excellent Learning Curve

I learnt communication skills because is high in my work place The more you communicate is the more you enjoy to be in the work. although some workers got emotions you need to tell your self that this is work and you need to respect it and understand human being. I experienced a lot as I am in-service trainee.

Pros: great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Overworking without getting any leave because of in-service trainee

Excellent learning curve

Excellent working environment, however due to financial constraints there is no.scope.for movement. My working relationship with my colleagues is one that is pure teamwork although we work.in a very pressurized environment. I enjoy challenges as well as when deadlines are to be met because I work well and better under pressure.

Pros: No.scope for.improvement due to financial constraints
Cons: No.scope for growth

Excellent learning

Working within the Department of Health (both Gauteng and the Western Cape) comes with its challenges and rewards. A typical work day starts from 7:30 until 17:00 which includes seeing patients, diagnosing and treating different ailments. One has to manage working in the emergency department, wards and the outpatient clinic. On a daily basis it is required to balance the heavy workload and being able to be detailed and thorough. Teamwork results in the best results for patients therefore as the doctor you have to have a good working relationship with those around you- including the nursing staff and auxiliary staff. I have learned to push myself beyond what I thought I was capable of and to continue learning- to lead the team by example of hard work and care. The most challenging aspect would be to learn to give the most I can to my patients but to learn the limits of what one can do.

Pros: Learning and helping others
Cons: Long working hours

Good learning

I have a good relationship with co-workers and I learnt a lot from them and from the job specifically as is I am fast learner. No difficulties I ever faced. I enjoy working with people as a public servant. Most challenging was that sometimes along the line during my job i need manpower to fullfill that job but i managed to do that myself. Assets management is the most challenging component in Supply chain industry but i love it. Working in office also gave me experience to mantain office using resources efficiently and effectively.

Pros: opportunity for higher post
Cons: dedicate myself to work

I have been a dedicated employee in the department.

I have a degree in Industrial Sociology which is the qualification related to the post, as it majors in Labour Law, Industrial Relations and the Human Resource. I have 7 years of working experience in the human resource environment and the detailed duties are attached on the CV for your further information. I am computer literate as I also have computer certificate which I obtained during my study years and I use computer programs every working day. I have vast experience in representation and in analyzing evidence. Several times I have represented my employer in the CCMA. I have won the cases for the employer on arbitrations and I know how the employer operates, which will serve as an advantage should I get the post. .

Pros: Good in analysing cases
Cons: long travelling
