Excellent
Update and maintain employees files, new appointment, department transfer, relocations, terminations and Promotions, Working at Health ive learned to relate with people and despect, ive learned office ethics and team work. The relationship with co-workers was professional and they were so friedly and willing to assist me with everything regarding work. The most work i enjoyed is when i was doing perfomance management, giving training to employees about them, calculating and capturing them on PERSAL system. The challenging job when i was supose to write a submission after interviewing +-50 candidates to meet the dead line but ive learned and proud to pass that test.
Pros: Ive learned everything i need to know about HR and i have strong feeling that i can do my best when given a chance.
Cons: We were working eight hours a day.

Procurement clerk
My work is demanding and very challenging. We get to interact with suppliers and hospital. My co workers are very cooperative. I have learned to work indepently and as a team. I enjoy when I meet my deadline and always going an extra mile. Up to so far there are no challenges.

Working very hard
I am a 31 year old single lady who resides in Bela Bela. Ability to learn and grow
I'm self motivated, hard working, fast learner and ambitious person who can work to the best of my ability. I am currently doing training for Pharmacist Assistant at Dis-chem Pharmacies under Department of Health. I have completed my Diploma and B. Tech in Human Resource Management at Vaal University of Technology. I request an opportunity to work for a highly competitive and progressing company. I am willing to learn and grow within the company and be an investment to your company and further my studies to a master’s degree and PhD (part time) should it be necessary because the world becomes more technological advance every day. I have been fortunate to work with Xpert Decisions Systems, Metrorail, Department of Health and Dis-Chem Pharmacies and therefore I’m quite familiar with the working environment. I believe that safety, professionalism (which includes effective time management in project planning) and teamwork are very essential in achieving the objective of the company.

I am currently studying Bachelor of Business Administration at UNISA.
I am working as Personal assistant. my main tasks is to monitor the office of the Chief Specialist. I organize for meetings , setting the venue, connecting the projector and taking minutes . I applied for doctors accreditation with UKZ university for their tutorials. I attend to different stakeholders in behalf of my manager, i.e. attending patients that require special assistant to him as the head of the department. the most enjoyable part of my job is to communicate with people from different countries as some of doctors are from Nigeria, Cuba, Congo, etc. I get more exposure to communication and attending to any work problems that need attention.
Pros: I would like to grow and being a manger in future , supervise people
Cons: i do work long hours in order to finish the tasks given on time

I have done my internship at the Department of health from October 2013-September 2014, in the section of Supply Chain and finance. I then found an Administrative Assistant contract post at the North-West University, I worked from 2015 August-2017 February. My lastly was job was at the Imperial Health Sciences where I worked a Provincial Medicine Procurement Unit Clerk from 2016May- 2016 November.

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE
Working for the Department of work needs somebody who is on their toes 24/7. It is a difficult Department to work in as it deals with peoples lives. You get complaints almost every single day irrespective of which office you are in. You need to be able to assist people by directing them to the right official, clinic, hospital or District. It is very important to know the medical terminology as to know what they are talking about. The Health Department has taught me a lot, I have learnt to work with people and also work independently, I have learnt to work under pressure, I have learnt to understand the departmental Cash flow as I am also a member of the Cash-flow Committee for the office of the Head of Health.
