My typical work day is "normal". I need a bit of fulfillment in my work place. I love people, I love working with people, I love exchanging ideas, and convert as much as I can. I work well with my co-workers (very well). I have learnt that working with people brings out the best in me. In HR, I see transformation. I enjoy seeing people 'happy' when I send them appointment letters, but that's as far as it goes.

I had a very important learning curve and have developed imprssive professional qualities.
I have been exposed to various levels of challenges that were teaching and training me to grow into a very professional assert to work position. I have learned from various exposure as I was assisting at all departments and helping out with those who struggle with computer skills. I enjoy helping out and enjoy work in general, this is what made me to understand work fast and interact successfully with the rest of the team.
Pros: my ability to assist where there is a need helped me to get a promotion.
Cons: I always leave no work for tomorrow, this was giving me chance to start fresh every day. only when duty arrives late, then I will take extra hours and remain to complete it

I dont have that much an experience but i'm prepared for more challenges

Gaining experience
Good place to work but the hospital is clean, the staff does no work corperatively, every one is doing their own thing even to know off they dont care what time it is.

Excellent learning curve
We work from 8-4pm, involved in teaching nursing students (practica and theory), we are a group of 20 lecturers who have good relations amongst each other. At work ive learnt that working close as a group you tend to achieve more. I enjoy seeing students gaining knowledge and practising what i taught them. Challenges is travelling a lot as our central office if about 500kms away

Ability to learn and grow
I'm self motivated, hard working, fast learner and ambitious person who can work to the best of my ability. I am currently doing training for Pharmacist Assistant at Dis-chem Pharmacies under Department of Health. I have completed my Diploma and B. Tech in Human Resource Management at Vaal University of Technology. I request an opportunity to work for a highly competitive and progressing company. I am willing to learn and grow within the company and be an investment to your company and further my studies to a master’s degree and PhD (part time) should it be necessary because the world becomes more technological advance every day. I have been fortunate to work with Xpert Decisions Systems, Metrorail, Department of Health and Dis-Chem Pharmacies and therefore I’m quite familiar with the working environment. I believe that safety, professionalism (which includes effective time management in project planning) and teamwork are very essential in achieving the objective of the company.

People and project management
Critical resources for the project are people , finance and time. this is what a I keep in mind daily focussing while on the process on the output. Balancing management of the three above resources has been a daily challenge since co works and subordinates might not be developed to a point where they are able to manage that well in their sub project management building up to a bigger picture , I enjoy the output and the extend to which the out put contribute to the bigger picture . for me to share this joy better , I always promote understanding of the bigger picture by even the least person in the line

Excellent learning curve, great company culture
The hospital exposed me to a variety of departments and how they operate. Great corporate culture, the relationship between employees was great. A few challenges here and there but nothing we couldn't deal with. Opportunities for growth are very limited, easily reached my ceiling.

Cons: Very little opportunities for promotions
