Analyzing, validating and doing quality checks of the monthly route data. Providing feedback to the districts for the routine data. Conduct site visits to the facilities where the comparison of data between registers, monthly input forms and DHIS (District Health Information System). Participate in all departmental projects as deployed by the Deputy Director for Health Information Management. Organizing unit specific workshops and/or training and Ensuring that all relevant departmental staff are trained on DHIS policy and SOP. • Managing databases • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems • liaising with staff, suppliers and clients • Preparing letters, presentations and reports I have learned to work as a team and I enjoy working with others because there is always something new that you learned from others. the most challenging aspects of the job it is when you work with people who does not have a team spirit.

Excellent learning curve and experience
Overworked on a daily basis and underpaid, leave is unfairly given. Been worked as a permanent worker but treated as an intern. Nobody to communicate with as i am the youngest in the staff, unfair treatment and unnecessary work given

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE
Working for the Department of work needs somebody who is on their toes 24/7. It is a difficult Department to work in as it deals with peoples lives. You get complaints almost every single day irrespective of which office you are in. You need to be able to assist people by directing them to the right official, clinic, hospital or District. It is very important to know the medical terminology as to know what they are talking about. The Health Department has taught me a lot, I have learnt to work with people and also work independently, I have learnt to work under pressure, I have learnt to understand the departmental Cash flow as I am also a member of the Cash-flow Committee for the office of the Head of Health.

Excellent learning curve, great company culture
The hospital exposed me to a variety of departments and how they operate. Great corporate culture, the relationship between employees was great. A few challenges here and there but nothing we couldn't deal with. Opportunities for growth are very limited, easily reached my ceiling.

Good for experience
I currently work in the emergency and accident department. On a day to day basis I manage emergency cases, investigate and treat appropriately. We have to work as team, and due to my position, I am the team leader in order to manage the patients effectively. We have to always work as a team, and working under pressure effectively is of vital importance. Every week, we check and report on stock levels to assist the nursing manager in ordering necessary medication and consumables necessary for the smooth operation of the department. Once a month, we present our statistics for the department to the rest of the hospital using one of the tools for reporting provided to us for this purpose.

Department of Health we exercise to live a healthy life style by being ethical meeting patients priority. We have major problem experience within the department we as a team we working together to solve issues we face I have learned ability to handle many task at the same time, Communicating well with my colleagues

Great exposure
Theres a great balance between pracricial work exposure in the field and office paper work. Im working as an Environmental Health intern and carry out duties such as collecting water samples for analysis, waste management activities, and regular inspections at food premises... to name a few... in my office we are around 50 stafff... forming part of the BCMM staff... and we all work well together.. i particularly enjoy environmental health waste management at tbe landfill sites.. which we monitor reguarly... and as much as it is a challenge, i enjoy being involved in something that saves or changes our environment for the good.

Great exposure to a large domain network, adding to my private corporate experience
Great exposure to a large domain network, adding to my private corporate experience. Have learnt how to manage/ lead a good and big team of technically savvy guys who are passionate about waht they do. We have been hitting numbers since i joined.

Good communication
I am a hardworking and self-motivated person who is very patient and open hearted. I am computer literate and I am an Expert in computer software and Hardware Troubleshooting. I always find it very easy to work in a team or as an individual. I often find that communication as well as patience/ tolerance are two of the most crucial tools in every working environment. I have deep passion for IT related activities hence I have experience in IT Support Technician. One of many activities I enjoy under IT is to monitor the Network as well as giving the clients Support in the IT products and also e-mail configuration and Knowledge of TCP/IP and CISCO basics. Knowledge of Vista/Windows 7, 8 and also good understands of windows Server 2003, 2008 and 2012.
