Discovery Health experience
I have work at Discovery health for the past 4 years. I started of in client services and worked my way up to training specialist with a lot of promotion s in between. I have done credit control and I have a passion for numbers. I used to work a 8:00 to 16:30 shift but my day had to be planned by myself. I enjoyed the atmosphere and culture there as I have great networking skills. Helping others became a passion of mine that is why I got into training but I still enjoy working with figures.
Pros: The company has a great name and is well established. The money was great and alot of new friendships are established. These friendships will last for the rest of your life. The recruitment process is very exhausting, ensuring that there are quality people at the company.
Cons: I feel that because of how established Discovery Health is, there is little room for chance or to voice options. There os always someone waiting for your position so if you don't like the way things are the door is always opened to leave.

Good learning curve
I create online courses as well as video recording. my relationship with co-workers is very good as i am a cheerful person. What i enjoy most is creating new material all the time and never stay at the same place. i love up killing myself and bringing new fresh ideas to the work place.
Pros: good opportunity to gain more knowledge
Cons: Too many different types of tasks at the same time

Learning in a dynamic company
Whilst working at Discovery i have learnt so much. I have gained the knowledge to lead a tean of 15 consultants and improving their performance. I have also learnt that not everyone is the same and that each individual is needed to be coached differently. discovery is a fast pasted company that is innovatetive. Because of that I have become more innovatative and time managed. I meet every deadline no matter how many extra hour I put in. This does become difficult at times but rewarding knowing I have met the requirement on time.

Excellent learnibg curve
The company has equipped with many attributes which have allowed me to be flexible in my approach to my duties. I am able to work in any time frame as I can concentrate for long hours and can adapt to any work changes and movements.
Pros: The management team at discovery is approachable , at any point as they are with us on all work journeys and chages.
Cons: The work pressure and time constraint.

Excellent and is a good company,i just want something challenging
my typical work of the day.is to maintanaine 5 of discovery buildings almost daily.we have a good relationship with my co-workers good communication we help each other with ideas to overcome any difficulties.i learnt a lot from my co-workers contractors that I monitor when they call them to deal with big projects I enjoy working with other guys my supervisor I also like to work with team that we can mortivate each other yes I love something challenging that why I am looking forward to join your team.in my current my challenges is when u want them to buy a spares it time sometimes I have to push them to do what I want
Pros: not where i am now is not easy to get promoted

People that are very stinch with their time make it in life
Typical day at work is when all people you are calling they just looking for quotes not ready to buy.I like working with my colleagues cause they easy going people like helping one another.I love making difference in people lives after doing a medical aid for them months later they call and tell you how the plan has helped them health wise and financially.
Pros: its a great company to work for how ever its commission based so the more hours you put in the more money you will make that sometimes jeopardize you family time

Hard worker
To add value to the corporate world, by providing a professional services though my skills and knowledge. I am constantly engaged in developing myself and I am addicted to achieving excellent results in every allotted area in which I am tasked to operate in. I seek to operate in an environment where I can fully utilize my knowledge, skills, experience, and creativity.

Cons: 8 and overtime if asked
