Excellent learning curve
I am a recent BCom Accounting graduate at Uj. I currently work as a caller at Discovery on part-time basis.we work as team... I find it quite fun to work as a team and the environment is great and motivating as everyone around is well focused on their jobs. I enjoy working there but I'm looking for a kick start in my career.

Excellent learning curve
Collaboration and teamwork. Working across teams and forming relationships Solving problems and creating solutions. Positive team environment. Finding the relevant team leader across discovery was a challenge.

Honest and Integrity
Discovery taught me corporate etiquette and brought out the best in me. I learnt to be confident and learn about the business and also live our values and tree company is paying for my school fess and also my HR Manager is my mentor and grooming me to move to the HR space and Iam also currently studying HR and it is my first year and I can't wait to graduate, it is not easy but I can do it and grow and grow and learn. Apologies but this review box is blank and I am busy typing without seeing exactly what I. Typing but I do believe that everything that I am typing is NG makes sense and by faith it will reach the right people who will want to bring out the best and help me

It was an excellent learning curve and i gained experience.
I have enjoyed the years i spent at Discovery and had a chance to review life in a different angle. working hours are long band i had a great team to work with. as a team player we would share the challenges and motivate each other daily to have productive days.

Great experience gained
I am working as a Professional Assistant to two Financial Advisors, I do compliance, meetings, manage diaries, client files, client queries, clients claims, I do compliance as well as emails. I am earning R5000, R2500 from each Advisor so in essence for one advisor I am only earning R2500. I have been working for almost 1year without a set contract, payslip or UIF and benefits set. as a iprofessional

Excellent learning experience
Great company many opportunities, growth is there but it takes a long time due to there being alot of staff , working there is a great learning adventure , the shifts are okay and manageable, the company is professional, there's alot of room for growth and improvement, work experience is good the shifts are good management is not bias
