Excellent learning curve
I'm currently working as a service consultant for Discovery. I started as a leaner, doing a learneship in contact Centre and Business process outsourcing support last year in 2016 and I was one of the lucky leaners to be given a chance to come back this year. I'm hardworking with proven leadership and organizational skills and I pay attention to detail.

Taught me a lot about sales.
As a Financial Advisor I was responsible for my own time, which meant that my time management skills had to be very good. I enjoyed being Able to meet with clients face to face and also the opportunity to be able to build relationship. I had a lot of exposure to the financial sector which taught me a lot.
Pros: Was able to learn how to generate my own client book from scratch. And I was able to do this

I am seeking a job with a steady income and with better working circumstances.
I am a hardworking, loyal person. I am a fast learner and has experience in the administration industry, including insurance claims, general secretarial work as well as typing of reports, organizing functions, taking minutes, etc for more than 25 years. I am seeking a more challenging job with better benefits and steady income. My relationship with co-workers is very good and has an ability to adapt to circumstances whether it be an open office environment or privately. I do enjoy my current job as the challenges are great and fast pace, my main goal however is to be more sufficient and honestly feel that I am worth more than a junior position at this stage. The most challenging aspect of my current job, is the target deadlines that should be reached on certain dates once a month.

Learning curve was great
I am a young up and coming junior graphic designer who is looking for an exciting and challenging opportunity. I am a professional, hardworking and driven individual who is hungry to learn. I work well under pressure and manage my time effectively ensuring that I meet my deadlines I hold a National Diploma in Graphic Design from Damelin College. Whilst I was completing my Diploma I was awarded an internship by Blue Planet Design where I gained DTP experience working on my client, Roman’s Pizza. After I completed my Diploma I began working at Discovery where I focused on game development, marketing for social media pages and worked on info graphic designed pamphlets.

Great experience gained
I work in a call centre environment dealing directly with clients and brokers. Our department focuses on the DQ Track and Vitality drive aspect of the company. I genuinely have a good relationship with co-workers keeping the environment professional. what i enjoy most is building relationships with clients and brokers however it becomes frustrating or a challenge as there is not much room for growth.

Growth and exposure
I have been exposed to a lot whilst at Discovery especially with working with International Client. This is a company that has good working methodologies and processes and is a professionally run organisation that keeps your quite busy with the tight deadlines and long working hours

Very challenging and exciting job environment
Assisting customers in a high-volume workload within a deadline-driven environment. Assisting irate/angry callers, repair trust, locate resources for problem resolution and design best-option solutions on first call resolution standards. • Handling of admin, inbound and outbound functions. • Customer service and resolving customer queries on their accounts. I start early latest shift which is 9:30 am to 6 pm. Call volume is at its peak where customers are querying all sorts of things from financial queries to complex website navigation queries. Our work environment is very busy and vibrant as we are in the servicing department. I have learnt that different people have many ways to convey the same thing so patience needs to be a number 1 trait in this field and working in teams helps resolving customers queries much quicker especially if you have build good relationships with back office teams e.g IT department.

Great growth
I believe that working in Discovery there are a lot of things that i have benefited from. The problem i have that the department i work with does not live the company values. I have learnt about Medical aids and the reasons for many things paying or not paying.

Excellent learning curve
This is a very nice Corporate company to work for. My work is very busy as I am the the face of Discovery where each employee would come to me for any queries etc.

Good learning environment
Working for a Call centre is exciting but has lot of pressure and you be target driven, I enjoy working as a sales consultant as you get a chance to communicate with different type of people put your self in peoples shoes and give good customer service from your heart.
