Learnt a lot

UTI was a great company to work for. Learnt a lot in a short time. Same when DSV took over. Learnt to work on different systems which is always a great challenge and fun.

Growth

My day at work is fun yet challenging but the is never a dull moment. Just when you think you got a whole of our job for the day things change just like that " irate client". Much its very difficult to get along with everyone, I trust my best to. I have learned that when am at work its not about me but to give the best service to the client. I enjoy it when I get to give the service to client and you can hear that he is happy with the service. Challenges I face everyday on a typical day is those client no matter how you try but never satisfied. But I know its part of my job.

Good learning opportunity

Working for this company has been a great opportunity to learn and gain insight into the world of human resources as well as the retirement fund industry . I am able to educate employees and other forms of people about the rules and laws that govern retirement funds and i can explain how retirement funds work and give insight into the benefits available to members who belong to retirement funds My colleagues are great people to work with as we all have good relationships with each other - working in this environment is great because there's support, friendship and mutual understanding
