It is lovely to work where i work, it a global service Desk we talk to different people and i feel when assisting them. I enjoyi g working at this service dask. I have fgain too much experience. O

Heidi have learn so many things in the industry of transport from the time I started to join driving And people are working nice with man cos I'm a a talkative person that can makes other people feeling smile

Complex environment with many stakeholders to manage, upwards and downwards.

A shared services environment is very complex and tends to be a tough environment in which to make a difference, since everyone is pushing their own agenda.

Work review

Very long hours, atleast 12 hours a day. Wr get paid weekly. The job is extremely exhasting. But we get to see different areas everyday. Hard job but pays the bills.

The company is only interested on the income and profit not the workers concern. I complained a lot about the company under paying me but nothing changed . I decided to leave because with the little money I can't support my family or qualify for a bond house.

Fast paced, challenging and making things happen

Extremely fast paced environment with excellence required. DSV promotes excellence and top performance from their staff and is an extremely focused and professional company. Employees are hard working all focused on the company objectives. I have learnt that structure can be extremely important in running a company of this magnitude. The position requires high levels of energy with very tight deadlines to be met on a daily basis. y basis.

Learnt a lot

I was able to learn and the working environment was well and we were able to get along with other colleagues and I enjoyed working there without being oppressed because I didn't have much experience at the time but I left happy

Cons: Long working hours with those overtime that doesn't make sense when being paid

Huge foot print in the market

Problem resolution , non stop interaction between staff , colleagues , divisions and customers .Daily challenges keep me motivated and collaboration is always a good thing

If the volumes increase sooner.i hope to be called back to work since lockdown started .

Working as admin assistant, currently being stopped working due to lockdown so they have lo work volumes. 3weeks into the lockdown hoping to be called soon.

Pros: Platform for learning
Cons: Less working hours means less salaries
