Good place to work but i feel a lack of empathy towards employees

Its a great working environment but there is no empathy but i feel there is more for me out there. I need to expand my horizons and test my limits. We work well as a team and i love the relaxed atmosphere so its its easier to handle the stress.

Good learning experience

I had good experience working for DSV because I've learned a lot, such like excellent communication and working well with co-workers. They offered excellent working experience and working environment. Good management and fair time of training. Ensured a good interaction to clients and kept good company standards at all times.

Excelent Learning

Working hours from 6am to 5PM. Good team to work with as everyone is possitive despite the work load. learn new things each day during operations the job is an everyday challenge, it challenges you mentally and physically ona daily basis which is what i enjoy as i need to think on my feet and make decisions that may have a good/bad effect on operations. dispatching hundreds of frieght to different states and clients can be another challenge as all data must be accurate or misdirect can be made which results in a cost to company

Excellent working curve

I am a young guy looking for employment with the goal of growing and the mission of being thee best in what i do and where i am.we do collections and arrange deliveries to clients and also ensuring that drivers are not late for appointments and that they are well trained of FICA.

Pros: opportunities are there only dependant or measured by ones performance and dedication supported by loyalty to and within the company at large
Cons: we are over worked but under paid for the efforts and time invested to the company

Excellent learning curve

The companyis good in terms if you want to study further. It gives the opportunity to learn. I have started as a learner up to where i am. There is also a lot of opportunities within the company.

I have over three years’ experience in the warehouse, logistics and admin.

* Printing of transfer orders (GRV’s) for picking using ERP SAP System * Confirming of transfer orders for picking using ERP SAP System * Creating transfer orders for exports and cross borders using ERP SAP System * Issuing of picking transfer orders to pickers for picking * Sending KPI at the end of each day to a supervisor * Capturing of daily work on tracking sheets (on excel spreadsheet) * Communicating with clients about their orders * Arranging self-collection for dealers * Creating of delivery orders on request * Inspection of parts * Manually creating orders for client on request * Creating invoices * Supervising the pickers and packers on the dispatch process flow

Excellent learning opportunity

working in my company is great. I have learned a lot since I started working here. I have learned how to deal with difficult clients, how to handle staff queries, how to get my work perfectly done while under pressure . The staff is very welcome and always willing to help and or co-operate. I have a beautiful relationship with everyone in the entire company, from General workers to management. I enjoy being part of the company. although I face difficult times sometimes, but I have grown to understand that in order to become successful, you have to face challenges and deal with them. that way you shall prosper no matter how hard things may get.

Challenging but exciting

It's not that simple to work overtime daily but due to passion I see it as a learning curve. I enjoy that because it made me learn so many things about my recent work. Challenges groomed me to the person I am today. We r a very strong team when working together & we still perform well individually at my workplace.

What i enjoy the most

I enjoy the change in the day to day workflow. I like to take on challenging tasks and the managers are confidant in the work i present to them. UTI now DSV is still undergoing alot of changes and it is interesting to see how the new culture would merge with the old
