Good learning experience
I work 5 to 8 hours a day 108 per months and I have good relationship with my co-workers. I have learned how important customer service is at our store and edcon always consider their customers more important than anything else. I enjoyed learning new things everyday and delivering a good service to customers. The most challenging thing I have learned is never argue with a customer.

Interns if working day we work long hours sometimes no to be paid ,I have a good relationship with my co workers because we understand each other, I have learned a lot like to be accurate time keeping, paying full attention in what you doing . nothing iam enjoying much it's just job as usual

Good place to work
i learn a lot under ed con company .i started working there as a casual then i got promoted to become permanent part timer. in the year 2016 they give me an opportunity to go and study fire fighter and i manage to get a certificate.

Excellence working experience
Debt collector and customer services,good communication skillS, like working as a team to achieve required result with a certain period or target. Solving customer problems, coming up with smart ideas to assist our debtors.

Excellent place to learn
I enjoyed working with edcon as i was working with different managers and people i learn to respect people and do a given task within a given at given time. The job wss very challenging as i have to adapt to a new manager afer every teo weeks but it was a quite experience. I am people's person because i get alone with co-workers as their were assisting me in my other assignment. Working with edcon was a great experience.

Challenging
Does not promote staff for hard work. Would rather bring someone inexperienced from outside and get that employee they won't promote to train the new colleague. Matters are resolved with dismissal. No job security. Colour of the skin works more than experience or qualifications. Long hours no pay. Salary is not fair. You work hard for a salary you can barely go on.
