Communication
I enjoy working with my current staff because we all know what team work means, my co-workers are excellent people very had working enthusiastic, i admire them coz they always bring a challenge. I have learned that two heads are always better than when it comes to my team, n i always enjoy been told everyday after a days work "well done team"

Excellent learning environment
It is a fast environment that is highly pressurised. It teaches one to be a self starter, solve problems and make decisions. Planning and organising skill is required and exercised regularly. What I enjoy the most is the opportunity of building and maintaining a good working relationship with different business partners. Advising them and making joint decision s that will benefit the business. What is most challenging is the continous projects that are introduced. Change management, consulting and the climate is monitored continuously.

I am at Edcon in Human Resource Department. My duties are but not limited to: • Creation of adverts on Soft scape • Advertising internally and externally • Shortlisting of candidates and inviting them to interview • Compiling interview guides • Arranging and conducting interview • Make offers to accepted candidates • Compiling new starter packs documents for new employees • Preparing of Appointment Authorisation Forms, Letter of Appointments and Flexible Remuneration • Calculation of benefit Salaries and Total Packages • Uploading employees on my Focus System to grant them employee numbers • Conducting Reference check through MIE and Telephone • Preparing tracker for missing documents on new starters • Capturing of SDL accounts( under banking) • Updating spread sheet tracker for terminations, maternity leaves etc. • Capturing of new employee on my focus for Document Collection Campaign • Confirmation of employment • Contract for Location allowances

Excellent learning curve
-most days are quite and not so busy. -get along well with co-workers -learned dealing with different people and their needs.also providing excellent customer experience. Keeping the customer happy and satisfied -when there are no sizes and stock availability -having promotion with no stock.

I have learnt a lot
I didn't have a knowledge when I join the company but now I've learnt many things as cashier,stockroom associate,cellphone admin,bank leader and i became a department manager,store admin manager and i ended up as risk,control and stock admin manager.I enjoyed the part of setup a retail coz its where it shows you how much you lost for the past month.My challenge was when i received a lot of boxes and the budget is not allowing me to call staff in i have to work on the number of staff i have in the stockroom.
Pros: I achieved a lot in 2013 I became department manager but under casual,i got a permanent position same company as store admin manager and now i am working as risk,control and stock admin manager.
Cons: I dnt mind working more hours to make my job perfect.

Excellent
I, Lesiba what I have learned in business is to meet sales target motivate staff to show the ability to make customers feel valuable in order for them to stay with our business show them we appreciate their time that they took to spend in our store and make sure we give them what they want to get from us, as we customers need the best from consultant to provide us with what we need , to treat customers as much as we want us to be treated by sales consultant,as management we need to make sure that staff are happy in order for them to drive sales as I know happy staff makes good customer service. Helping a staff by sharing a view of the business help them to leave their problems outside the store by sharing their issues that make them unhappy and encourage them as we are one.

Excellent learning curve
I'm a perfect candidate for this position due to my experience and the companies that i have worked for. i have worked in different call center. i also have a certificate NQF level 4 in business admin. i have good customer service and good communication skills.

I have learnt alot at my work place
Mondays are very slow and long because there are no customers at all. The relationship with co-workers is good we always encouraging one another to be the best. I have learnt to be selfish when it comes to sales otherwise i will never reach my targets. I enjoy mostly to be my own boss making my own decisions. When i don't have stock its a nightmare and head office is not answering the phone and customers are in front of me.
