I am a hard working employee, self – reliant individual who is naturally passionate about making a difference and is result oriented; I am never afraid to initiate change and I am very adaptable and always eager to learn. To develop in my carerr

I would like to learn new things and new environment whereby i will grow more and develop in my career. I am currently studying towards my BTech in safety management and afterwards my aspiration is to continue with honours degree in Risk Management. My passion is to see people having an understanding of what beibg healthy and safe is not only in yhe work environment even at home and during leisure time.

Stagnant for 3 years

Working for Eskom is a constant struggle. Nothing gets done. Management doesn't have any direction and corruption is the order of the day. Very few people take ownership of their work.

Good team work

I am a system Engineer for Auxiliary Boilers and Flue gas cleaning (PJFF) . I Create maintenance strategy for both systems. I compile spares strategy for both systems. I have a good working relationship with other departments (e.g maintenance and Operating) I do investigations

Have learnt so much and willing to learn so much more

On a day to day basis I am normally busy with analytical ( root cause analysis) type of job and reporting to various process partners. I work with a dedicated team of billing staff. I get fascinated by what I do, as on a day to ay basis I get to unpack what can be done to better the processes by various role players in the Manage revenue value chain. Error free and timely bills is a priority for me and the team. Through my leadership the team strives to deliver on this mandate. It can be challenging at times if not all role players are on board and deliver o their responsibilities.

Fast leaner

I am a hard working person and a fast leaner i work hard whene i put my mind on it expecially if it concen my future i have a N1 to N4 cetifficates currentely studing my N5 i have no working experience but i would like to be accepted in this apprentice so that i can have experience in the work place as i have not worked any where before

Learn extremely fast

I work on substation designs including civil work. I have great relationships with them. Love your job and you'll executive with exellents. When a project is completed and signed. Continuous changes of a design.

Career growth Mentoring Coaching exposure Management support Teamwork Dedicated teams My key skills ranges from aligning workforce to achieve and exceed business targets to management of refurbishment project teams. I have a strong interest in the field of maintenance, asset management and product life cycle management. I am currently pursuing this interest through my master’s research: Improving the Reliability of Ageing HV Breakers through the Application of Maintenance Benchmarking Process.  During my time as a leader, I was able to distinguish myself as a proficient and motivated employee. I engaged in projects that extended the life of a plant and equipment while minimising overall life cycle costs, improved network reliability and performance and ensuring safety of the plant and operators.
