Diffrent atmosphere and enviroments

I am a hard-working wonderful lady aged 32, I have 10 years’ experience in banking, my product knowledge is as follows home loans collections, vbs, credit card, personal loans, housing finance, I’m currently in a quality assurance role I started in 01/10/2010. I moved in 2013 to the Debt review center that has all product houses still in the quality assurance role consist of different products i: e the Credit card, Home loans collections, Personal loan, revolving credit plan, housing finance, deceased and insolvency.

Pros: change of enviroment and to learn more and apply my skills
Cons: I want to learn more and know more systems that are used in diffrent working sectors

Experienced

A good place to equip your knowledge and skills for the job. Frienfly staff which is dedicated in achieving the same goal,winning the day before it start. I have learn to be professional and attention to detail about everything. The most challenging moment is the issue of sale and being commission based,other than interacting and being goal oriented makes it all easy. I enjoy being part of the winning group. I give my All

I am an outgoing and friendly person who works well with people. I have a remarkable ability at dealing with clients. I am fluent in both English and Afrikaans and have no qualms with communicating in either language. I am a fast learner thus I work at a faster – than – average pace. I am extremely meticulous in every task that I undertake. I do not believe in procrastinating and waiting on others to get things done, I always try to find solutions myself to problems. I am able to take instruction and follow through with it. My outgoing personality enables me to work well with others. I enjoy getting to know the people I work with and their respective jobs. I make it a point to learn from them as I believe that a team’s work is all interrelated and it will enable me to produce better quality work. Being the parent of a young child is my biggest motivation in life. My need to provide the best I possibly can for my son drives me to be the best worker I can be

Pros: My current work is based on STATS for the day and 80 is the target however by 12pm i have reached my target giving me time to exceed my target
Cons: long working hours could be a problem however if it what business requires than it has to be done

I've been workingking for FNB since 2004 changed positions I feel that I need to grow and change. I am very approachable and Team player. I can work under pressure. I 've leant a lot from FNB and from my colleagues . It is not easy to manage people as I am second In charge for the Branch. I am motivated as a leader it is easy to guide my Team. I always want to mentor someone, when I leave the position I know someone will be there to take over.My job is challenging because I deal with risk and I must ensure that my Team follow the process and procedures of the Bank. I enjoy my job because i don't do one thing only but do many things including help the walking in customers.

Pros: FNB we have processes and procedures that we must follow on a daily basis and if there is something that you don't understand you must refer to the process and it will guide you.
Cons: Long hours but we get half days during the week.

As a Procurement Practitioner in ICT , I have an opportunity of being involved in the following categories: Hardware, Software Telecommunications and Networks My day to day to do list involve being a procurement advisor to the bank's internal stakeholders, establish relevant committees Involved in preparation of tender documents Preparing adjudication criteria and models Involved in evaluations and scoring Negotiating best pricing, Onboarding suppliers Adhering to BBBEE standard codes Involved in liaising with legal regarding contracts, SLA's and Terms and conditions Strategic sourcing Deriving savings I enjoy establishing relationships with the key stakeholders Challenge is projects come pouring like thunder and there's no time to waste

Pros: Great opportunity to be exposed to various business sectors
Cons: Sometimes unneccesary projects are passed through

I enjoy doing what I do. However i would like not to have to work weekends

I enjoy doing what I do. However i would like not to have to work weekends. I am busy working the entire day and sometimes and can become overwhelming. Over weekends I am on standby and this can take alot of quality time from my family.

Pros: Flexible hours, Company Perks

I'm a self starter, easy to talk to and is easy for me to adjust to the environment

I'm a bank teller, I do transfers, cash deposit, cheque deposit, bank statements, forex, moneygram, cash withdrawals and balance the cash at the end of the day. I'm getting along with my co-workers too well. I learnt to respect the next person and consistency which comes with good customer service. Meeting new people every day with different personalities that's what I enjoy the most because there's lot we learn from them . Explaining the very same thing over and over again to someone who doesn't understand is challenging to me a lot because sometimes I don't even know how to explain anymore.

Great persona development

I consider myself as one of the best team player at work because if the customer has a problem or the was a misunderstanding between a customer and a consultant i try to solve a problem even if the problen was not from our branch or even if its not mine i take respinsibility beacuse i need to save the companys brand.this kind of problems makes it easy for me to work along with my co-workers because if i cannot solve the problem i ask ny co -workers to help me out.i have leabt to take full responsibility of my work and by all means even if its not my fault to try to solve it as i am the brand of the company.customers are very challenging because they want to be satisfied all the time but if i follow the company's procedures and be willing to help and being freindly towards the customer makes it easy to handle the job

Cons: Working till 6 which affects my studies

Typical work week

Execellent bunch of people to work with, hours are a bit long. Have an off weekend once a month which is a bit of a hassle as me and my wife dont get to go places on weekends as both are not off together. Great oppurtunities if able to move to the city.
