Career growth

resolve social media complaints as soon as they come in. claim you own work to accumulate stats. i have learned emotional intelligence with working with people as our departments suffers from the pressures of the credit card division as a whole. the quicker you resolve complaints the better it looks for the team's turnaround time. i am not micro managed and everyone is accountable for their own work. customer satisfaction is our key competency. lack of communication in departments that cause customers to communicate is my main challenge.

Pros: great opportunity and career exposure
Cons: information overload

Excellent opportunity to learn

I assist clients with cellphone banking, ewallet and connect packages(sim cards and devices). Its a contact centre with 2000 agents. The atmosphere is great,I get along very well with my team.I have learnt how to resolve complex queries, using CRM and cross selling other offers that FNB has.I enjoy interacting with different people on a daily basis and helping our clients. The most challenging aspect of my job is not having access to help clients further or resolve their queries and having to escalate to other departments. I prefare not to inconvenience clients in anyway,to offer full service to clients.

Pros: Great company to work for
Cons: I am looking for a different challenge and new opportunities

A good place to work in but salary packs are too low

A good working environment but I'm totally not happy with the salary packs. The CIOs should fix this if they really don't want employees to leave because of unhappy pays Asdggjflfdnvzgafagsfikcfvsbskslabxvfdkwkqvx
