Exceptional Working experience and environment
It is a company that deals with both national and international banking systems. Growth and learning are highly essential however the pace is diffrent per segment. The overall experiance is overwhelming and enjoyable at the same time

I am very passionate about marketing as well as developing people. I have been extremely fortunate to have worked in various blue-chip organisations (including executive roles). Great working environment
I work in a team of vibrant people full of enthusiasm and enquirers minds and this is mainly the reason I have remained in FNB for as long as I have. I�ve learnt so much from so many different people who think so diversely. The most challenging aspect about my role is being reliant on many different moving parts that affect my contribution to the company but this makes me appreciate that all the small parts make a great whole!

Learning curve
The culture at fnb is great but the only problem is premier decided to takeover the bank which is becoming straneous on us as banker ,the high call volume the being and all rounder and decreasing of opportunity to move

This is a great working space with lots of opportunities to learn and grow your career. Employee are very friendly and professional they are always welcoming and willing to help, the culture is good you never feel out of place.

Learning experience I had
A typical work day is when our computer systems had been offline the whole day. Having to explain to customers entering the branch that we are unable to process their requests as there are technical errors on our computers. My relationship with my co-workers was very good, communication played a major role such as engaging with each other when you're struggling with query of a client. I have learnt that working as a team in a branch makes a winning team always. I have enjoy the most the tasks we were given to do as a team, made me to be interactive with my colleagues, supervisor and manager. The most challenging aspects of the job multitasking between my daily reports work and as well as ensuring that the Atm and Adt were running smoothly the whole day. I eventually became an expert at doing my work.

I enjiy ny wirj but sonetines ut exausta because of theres toi much pressure Custoners arw rude in a way that nanagenent does not understand we as staff are always ti blane because they akways want to look good in costoners eyes then go and sut at the back office not experiencing what we go through as a front line
