Excellent learning experience
I was responsible for calling clients when they have to send deposit slip if they didn't put it in the envelope when sending money with cash in transit vehicle. I was responsible for also to call or email clients when they have a shortage or surplus in their deposits. I was also assisting clients when they have any queries. Also assist internal stakeholders when they have any queries,with the relevant paperwork when they need to resolve a query.

Pros: You get exposure of understanding different types of clients and products to offer, and being a team player always helps.
Cons: you need to be accountable for your work and be able to add value into the client's life.

Exceptional Working experience and environment
It is a company that deals with both national and international banking systems. Growth and learning are highly essential however the pace is diffrent per segment. The overall experiance is overwhelming and enjoyable at the same time

Free, open, and high collaborative environment
It is a company that allows for continuous learning and growth. The employees are are willing to share knowledge and are always willing to guide other employees. There are always opportunities but the work can be a bit stagnant to one's growth. It takes a bit longer than usual to complete projects since it is a large organization.

Great environment and learning curve for customer service
Working for first National bank was a great experience at a branch level as there is so much to learn in terms of finance and customer service. Employees working together as a team to achieve target goals as a family.
