Branch Controller -Manage and direct staff in terms of their daily sales and customer service. _ Do daily sales / customer experience stats. - Make sure that their daily/weekly/monthly targets are met. - Look for new sales / business opportunity to grow the business I enjoy sales and attend to customer needs and build good customer relationship. Most challenging aspect of my job is when we are not on target and to work out a strategy on how to overcome this challenge. Excellent relationship with staff and management who treat me with respect - value my contribution in the team. _

Potential
It has the potential to be a good employer if only it could really care for the people that are doing all the work on the ground and give them the reward they deserve unlike being paid R8000 and performing duties of a person that earns 3X as us.

Working at fnb is great our team is Agile
Working at fnb is great our team is Agile that makes us to do communicate and do our work efficiently as we meet every day during scrum to discuss our duties and assist each other in that regard, as we our a financial service it gets hectic if we our having system issues and the fact that we sitting next to the client it makes us work extra hard, what I love the team is if we work we work hard ague sometimes at the end of the day we will be laughing and joking about it...

Good customer service is essential and accuracy, man I ng surebthat you go an extra mile where necessary, and doing you job in accordance witjbthe book sacrifice lunch hour when it's necessary and makingbsu Dr e that the customer is happy that way we know ty h as t the customer will tell friend,families etc about the great service and more cu see timers will come to experience our great service and that's a way of growing the business

Teller course and other online product training
at start of day would normally do cash checks weekly _ discussions on how to improve productivity-Teamwork is essential in this type of environment we as co-workers help each other when needed when its busy in the branch(customers). I have learned that hard work pays of and it also grows as an individual. I enjoy working with different kind s of customers/people it stretches me- The most challenging aspects is the pressure you can be under but its doable and rewarding.

I have gained a lot of experience in different departments, I have been awarded best employee ofbthe month severally, and have wonnan award for best service and sales consultant in gsutemg,have been invited to have dinner with the CEO of branch banking, and fraud buster in foreign exchange for R698000.00
