Excellent learning curve

I'm a hard working individual who pays attention to detail, career driven and always walk the extra mile. I obey rules and respect my mentors. Punctuality and target driven are one of my strongest points. I can be a valuable tool in the working environment because I always take cultured risks and also can multitask very well. My experience in marketing and sales can be an an advantage to the position and my ability to work well under pressure. I am a team player and on stressful days I try to share the workload among other consultants in the office as we work in fast paced enevironment where mistakes are bound to happen but try to avoid them by having other people involved such as team leaders and managers to help where I'm stuck. I have learnt how to persevere and treat people with respect, be sympathetic and always offer help where u can.

Pros: Room for improvements and growth
Cons: Having to work on a Sunday

Excellent learning curve

Great place for young professionals who are starting out. Flexible hours and work culture. However not many opportunities for growth, not many black professionals in executive roles

Pros: inclusive
Cons: no promotions

You must know why you here, and the knowledge we get from the trainings

It is such an honour to work for this company as it takes its employees to training and when ever it's women's day we get gifts. The manager always host breakfast feast to encourage and empower employees to reach their targets. Working with customers keep you awake and you need to be accurate and fast, and what's important is team work and that if 1 staff member made a mistake do not sell him or her to the customer rather apologise to the customer and try to resolve whatever issue. Most challenging is when customers are being bully rushing you, want you to do things in his or her way forgetting that there are policies in each every company.

Pros: It's great to work for the company
Cons: Long hours

Customer experience and team work

I am really enjoying working with customers, different personalities, I go an extra mile trying to help other team members and customers. Yes, I can say I am a team player and I am also customer orientated, you have to put your customer first and as if he or she is the only one. I believe you need to clearly communicate with your team to be a better one. I have been working for FNB for 15 years and I am happy an satisfied with everything that I have learned from the organization, but I think for me now it's time for a new beginning. Being away from my family is tough, I am trying to find something else closer to my family.

Pros: Great company to work for
Cons: Overtime and no family time

Excellent learning curve

FNB, World's most innovative bank. A typical day at the office is like a day well spent with people who are hungry for success. Those who are helping, innovative and ethical leaders. The people i work work come from all walks of life they each have some special to bring to the table. We show love and respect for each other. FNB has taught me how to be mindful of others who aren't as fortunate, to educate an help one another grow. I mostly enjoy the team building events an year end. Most challenging aspects would be language barriers,u may find a client becomes irritated by you simply because they do not understand you.

Pros: Great company, great shifts, good food and positive people
Cons: Working Sundays from 8-1pm
