Good customer service is essential and accuracy, man I ng surebthat you go an extra mile where necessary, and doing you job in accordance witjbthe book sacrifice lunch hour when it's necessary and makingbsu Dr e that the customer is happy that way we know ty h as t the customer will tell friend,families etc about the great service and more cu see timers will come to experience our great service and that's a way of growing the business

Cons: Month end is always the busy and we work harder,and compromise our lunch hours

Quick learner and love learning and improving myself and skills.

I am an ambitious and creative person who enjoys thinking of new ideas, ways to improve, and how to become a more valuable associate and individual. I believe in good financial management, namely budgeting, as well as saving and planning my financial affairs. I communicate well with others, value good relationships, and can also work very well on my own. I love analysing and I'm always looking for new solutions to counteract different problems. I completed my degree and I’m currently working towards gaining as much working experience to complement my studies as I seek development, growth and stability in my career.

Great company culture

First National Bank has a great company culture but unfortunately there is no work life balance and also no growth opportunities. FNB does offer Great staff benefits.

Work well under pressure

I have been working at this company for 10 years now and it was a great opportunity to learning about the banking and financial sector. I have been learning daily over the last few years as every day there are new queries to tackle and thats how I learned to deal with many customer issues. I enjoy working with clients on a daily basis and educating them on how to bank smarter to save them time and money. Another way is to teach them about savings and investment options to earn interest on current balances not used. The company has taught me how to manage my own personal finances as well making it easier to assit clients with their financial needs. .

Excellent administration skills

I am seeking new employment that is more stable as I am reaching my 30's. I also want a job that is closer to home.I worked at FNB for a year and was motivated for a job into Rand Merchant Bank. It is a lovely experieence and a nice company to work for. I explained my reasons for searching for new work.

Good learning curve

I work in a banking sector whereby I have direct contact/interaction with customers on daily basis. I have a good relationship with my colleagues and we believe in teamwork because one can not achieve if he /she does things alone. I've learnt that customers are very important and that you should respect and value them irregardless of their age groups. I believe that each day brings a new challenge and that one should take the opportunity and embrace it.

I have been working for the bank as national specialist for cellphone banking and ewallet services and providing efficient customer service thru telephone and emails an was first action resolver of queries and escalations an did administration and data capturing. An I am also do take supervisor call if when needed

I'm an energetic, a great communicator, driven and extremely passionate about particular job I do and I'm inspired to make a positive difference in the industry. I am dedicated in building long term relationships, more than just as another employer dealing with a career.
