There is always something new to learn. I have learned to work independently, I take on my manager's duty when she is not in the office. the environment is fast paced, it has a high volume of recruitment but enhances an individuals personal growth and skills.

Exellent customer service

Its a great place to work in especially if you Work as a team in assisting customers the best possible way . The work environment is friendly it gets busy now and then but to handle the angry customers which is normally our challenge we worked together everyone knows to fit in everywhere you dnt just sit in your job role so we can work fast ,effectively and efficiently.

Pros: Enjoy helping and advising customers

Excellent learning curve

Hard working team, great work ethic.. Sourcing out of business and looking for clients externally.. Its a diverse company where growth should be what drives you.. You push yourself to the limits as pressure and targets have to be met monthly.. Typical day is not having time to eat because you servicing your clients.. I have learned to go after my dreams and a great work ethic.. Confidentiality and customer trust.. I enjoy interacting with different people of all races.. Deadlines are most challenging and stressful

Branch Controller -Manage and direct staff in terms of their daily sales and customer service. _ Do daily sales / customer experience stats. - Make sure that their daily/weekly/monthly targets are met. - Look for new sales / business opportunity to grow the business I enjoy sales and attend to customer needs and build good customer relationship. Most challenging aspect of my job is when we are not on target and to work out a strategy on how to overcome this challenge. Excellent relationship with staff and management who treat me with respect - value my contribution in the team. _

Contract

My typical work dat would be when the systems are offline and there customers news to do their daily banking etc. I have a strong relationship with my co workers because I am a team player. I've learnt to be able to work in a stressful environment and be able to keep my calm while giving my best service. I enjoy working with people because I am an outgoing fun person who likes engaging and helping others. The most challenging aspect is when you tell customers they need to do stuff themselves on online banking because some of them are still not used to it as yet.
