Learning curve but not enough to survive

Im seeking employment, a company willing to grant me an opportunity to add value and grow. Im eager to learn and determined to execute task assigned to. My goals and future endeavours would be accomplished should I get an opportunity to be employed permanently.

Employee of choice, however I feel I could be earning more

my day starts at 06:30am - I check our queues & attend to urgent matters first. The rest of my team comes in at 07:00am. Our working relationship is very good, we are more like friends. I have learnt we learn something new everyday and in the fraud space there's a lot to learn. I enjoy learning the new aspects of fraud & fascinated by the modus operandi we see almost everyday - that's a learning curve. The most challenging aspects is when I cannot figure out hos to start working a case - or when my team speaks in Afrikaans leaving me to interpret what has just been said.

Pros: My working hours are great, it gives me time to spend with family
Cons: If you are liked then you stand a good chance to get promoted

Focus exercised

I enjoy working here but theres no challenge as im doing same thing everyday and theres no team to work together because qe are only 3 and change shifts so end up alone in the office.it is so frustrating vecauae i love challenge and enjoys team work.

Pros: Master job roles easily
Cons: Not much to learn in terms of career advancement

Good communication skills, telephone skills , meeting targets , and multi tasking

Good day I completed a diploma in banking and currently working for fnb as an administrator. Iam ready to learn new things and grow further, therefore I believe this position would be the right step towards expanding my knowledge. I love challenge and im a people's person so working in a team won't be a challenge for me. I easily adapt to change anand believe nothing impossible if you put your mind and heart in to it Thanks you

Sales

Monthly sales planning Set monthly targets - cascaded to individuals as per capacity Daily targets and action plans to achieve the daily set targets Review strategy and corrective action plans to adjust targets Typical Sales plan Target company x with a relevant owner and with potential x amount of potential customers and set our selves a target of x. Team effort is imperative in going out to appointments and presentations because each person has a specific and important role to play and I enjoy the presentation element. A lot of learning is involved which includes customer interaction and the conversations one has with the customers as well as understating their financial needs challenges stem from the fact of uncertainty, sometimes even if you plan to the last detail, some last minute obstacle may arise and disrupt ones plans.

Excellent learning curve

My typical day at work is busy due to taking calls and entering data at the same time, i have a good relationship with my co-workers because i truly believe in being a team player and have learnt a vast amount of skills from maintaining accounts and telephone ettiquette, i enjoy helping people and the challenge is dealing with angry clients and trying to help them technically.

Pros: more knowledge
Cons: hours are a bit long

My experience with customers

A typical work day for me at fnb is assist customers daily helping them make payments and navigating th digital banking channels... My relationship with my Co workers is strictly professional and have fun sometime s aswell as helping each other getting the job done and how it should be done... I have learnt a lot how to communicate a, how to help each other personally and clients and also thought me that the customer is always right and its my responsibility to keep the customer happy and well informed on changes with the bank and there accounts... I enjoy helping others, communicating I love challenges which means there's room for growth.... The most challenging is when I personally need to stay calm when the customer is experiencing a problem and have to find help so I can satisfy my client

Pros: It's was an amazing company and loved working there
Cons: 8hours and sometimes 9hours

Currently I am working as a PA with the Financial Planner at FNB since 2012, Solving of queries and doing follow-ups and giving feedback to clients, Assist in selling of financial products, Client facing role, branch and client liaison, General administrative duties, Telephonic communication to appointments bookings, Liaise with clients, Network with Insurance companies, etc. Team player, delegating responsibility and contribute to successes, Able to communicate effectively at all levels; Peoples person. I’ve learned a lot form my current role but now I'm looking for a new challenge, opportunity to broaden my horizons to gain a new skill-set, all of which I see the potential for in this job. I always enjoy a challenge and neither to achieve my goals do events bookings for my colleagues. Engage with the customers in a professional manner and deliver service Ensure customer needs and expectations are understood Deal with customer complaints and finding ways to resolve them
