I am a Business Analyst at First National Bank in South Africa for 7 years. Great learning experience
Great staff members. Love interacting with the clients love my work hours. Staff need motivation or reminder why they come to work. Would love some medical aid and branch manager to treat staff equally.

Wonderful experience
Business banking in account opening, account maintenance for existing and new clients, Multi skilling in CA,PW,CFC international account, Business verification ,documentation of personal and business docs,Process review and quality initiatives to improve quality of work and SLA.Customer service calling updating client info and offering new products,my work was great I enjoyed reaching milestones and growing from service client to Quality Analyst I Business Banking, I enjoy listening to music,going out and spending time with family.

Focus exercised
I enjoy working here but theres no challenge as im doing same thing everyday and theres no team to work together because qe are only 3 and change shifts so end up alone in the office.it is so frustrating vecauae i love challenge and enjoys team work.

I feel like I am working at my company,because we allowed to come with suggestion to improve our working condition so to our jobs.I love the treatment,respect they are giving me. You work hard you get rewarded for that,what i love is when they encourage creativity among the workers. I have learnt that time management is of paramount in my work place and customer care is what you need to practice. We are like brothers aand sisters and we respect each other and dont interfer with other job. The most challenging is when you have to drive to a place when you dnt know it,and had to do after hours work(over time)
