Time management, Fast learner
uring a typical work week, one of my biggest tasks is checking in on my staff and assessing progress on various projects. I like to meet first thing on Mondays to discuss our priorities for the week, then meet again in the middle of the week to check progress, and once at the end of the week to discuss goal setting for the next week. I meet with smaller groups of my staff in the middle of the week to troubleshoot any issues. For example, during a recent mid-week meeting, I noticed one team was a few days behind on a long-term project.(sales) I met with the team and, together, we came up with a strategy for increasing efficiency. I also attend a weekly meeting where I present my department’s progress to the executive board. On Fridays, I make sure all tasks are completed and I've sent all the necessary communications via email and in person. Finally, I create a list of priorities for next week.

Cons: the hours is office hours, I will work overtime if needed.

Excellent hearing,good listner,hard working ,punctual
A typical workday at work is when we don't have leads ,dialing voicemails the whole day.i enjoy working with my collegues because I learn a lot of things regarding my job.I am now able to work under pressure and deal with difficult clients.Working long hours is tirirng but worth it when I have reached my target.I have learned to work with difficult people and have learned to socialize and communicate well in the work place .I have also learned to set and reach my targets .I enjoy helping clients and helping pople with their problems,i also enjoy working in a team and being able to lead and be a good agent.
Pros: the harder you work the more you get paid
Cons: long hours and sometimes the leads are not coming through ,having to recycle used leads and wait for clients after hours

Passionate about people, Customer Care and Business communication skills
8 hour workday, with 1 hour lunch. Had very good relationships with my co-workers and never had any upsets or unpleasant encounters with anyone. Multi racial environment, so respect was given and received for each others' personal beliefs etc. I Love working with people, dealing with irate clients, sharing knowledge, compiling company correspondence, dealing with clients as a whole and I am passionate about Customer Service. Sometimes people can get irritated and micro management is frustrating when it happens. It prevents individuals from problem solving and thinking things through as emphasis is in quantity and not quality.
Pros: Unique environment to work in
Cons: Micro management, Office politics are very debilitating to the moral of the teams

Im currently a Sales professional at Hollard car and home insurance. I have good communication skills, flexible person, dedicated and I always do my job and exceed what is required enjoy working with people and learning new things. I’m self-motivated and hard working and always go extra mile in every task i am given. I am willing to learn new things and am a fast learner. I am eligible for the mentioned position,I motivate my team members from junior to senior and to also achieve their targets. My skills have improved from assisting and volunteering to assist the team whenever necessary. Therefore i believe that i am the appropriate candidate with the right skills for the position and will add value should my application be considered.

Best sales company
I have learned a lot by working at Hollard I managed to acquire lot of skills as a team leader, also nearnt how to communicate with my team without shouting at them. It was a good platform that taught me lot of things like the interview skills, how to communicate with others in respect even if you are their leader. The challenge was when you do not meet the target that was the most challenging thing. But other than that I enjoyed working at hollard since I was given a chance to be exposed to learn more skills.

Good Day My name is Tembani a Port Elizabeth native currently working in Wellington Western Cape. I currently manage the Hollard branch and have 2 Branch Consultants and up to 15 Field Sales Agents at a time. I am responsible mainly for the sales be it walk in or field sales. I manage the daily sales and admin tasks of my BCs and also the field activities of my FSAs with our Marketing Campaigns at various Malls and taxi ranks and small towns in the Boland area. I am also responsible for recruitment and field training of my FSAs. I feel that I am suitably qualified to hit the ground running in my next job such as I have done at my current job. Great exposure and learning environment.
It was a very great experience to work for Hollard, I learnt a lot and I was able to cope with the pressure and piles if work. I learnt to multitask and deliver on time.

Make sure that the client clearly understand about the product before they sign up
Collecting leads on the field n peach to the client about hollard product take the leads n go to the office to call then if they take the policy I remind them to pay the premium and make sure that they have money on the account when the date is due. If they didn't pay I call them and ask why they don't pay their premium just to secure their policy n make sure it doesn't lapse
Pros: Respect the management n make sure you reach the target
Cons: If you want to get commission n have real sale I used to wake up early in the morning go to train station and ranks.

Being a leader is not a title but an inherent ability to mediate and brings solution and guide the path for those that are following. When faced with office discomfort among colleagues also when favoritism is displayed can be very much degrading the energy of the office and work production. To be abreast with daily work, you need to engage your team with what is eminent to them and to the team at large so that they know that they are valued at the end of the day and their contribution is recognized, allow a room to learn always. I relate with co-workers on the platform of work and social life in order to be relevant with their challenges as well as their background inherent attributes to determine how well can i/we position him/her.
Pros: Incentives, appraisal and promotions are the key energy or will power that drives one success.
Cons: As long as you treat your team well they will give you good results.
