Hard worker, willing to go extra mile
I must make sure that all my daily stats must be sent to head office on a daily basis. I must send my monthly report on the cut off date. I have a good relationship with my co-workers. What I like of my job is that if all the agents are always on time so that I can host the team meetings. I like to make team target and where we all get incentives. The most challenging aspect of my job, is .. if someone cant come to work, then I need to compromise. Then I need to cover that persons job including mine. I have learnt to be a branch manager, that it is not that easy. Each and every person has a different personality and each one has to be treated differently.

Good learning
Its so good to in that company because I also find more opportunity to learn and explore the company's ethics to the upper level. And I'm willing to work in the company as I do good job as a team, and as individual. We're able to assist one another as one faces or come across obstacles and win that particular circumstance, that's our mottos

Good working with different people
I enjoy working with customers I learn new things on people I can overcome challenges I can handle rejections and objections I can convince clients I enjoy listening to peple telling about issues does they have regarding insurance then its when i convince them about how is the policy important in our life and what benefits we are getting.

Excellent in learning skills
They teach how to sell product .good communication ,approach to clients,summarize the product and closing part .customer handling, good working habit, calculation of prices and dressing skills.

My Data Experience
The data environment has become a very interesting discipline, as some understand the need for data driven decision making, whilst others are still stuck in the "old-ways" of doing business. Many stakeholders requests all data, but is do not know what they want to achieve out of this All Data. The most challenging aspect of my role, is People, i.e. constantly negotiating and convincing of the value of data insights. Communication & alignment is critical through-out this data journey

Learning curve
I'm a talkative person able to work under pressure. I can work with different people. I'm a hard worker. In my last campany I was the most lovable person because I'm not shy, I was dealing with lot of people, dealing with many cases that break people's hearts like loose someone you love,so im able to deal with any situation that come on my way.

SELLING AT MY BEST LEVEL
I am a very motivated individual, who likes working with people, feel the need to respect the workplace. understand of very sophisticated workplace material, and would to expand my career towards new career. I have learned how to get along with my co workers and respecting through workplace ethos, I have enjoyed the way we worked with each other and we treated as employees. the most challenging thing that we had to do was selling through telephone and presentation to clients.

PERFECT PLATFORM TO BE
Excellent work environment with different work ethics, a home at work is basically the best way tp describe the working experience at hollard everyday is a new experience day dealing with different personalities and having to do things inconsiderate of my work family.
