I do non motor and motor claims
Im a lady with disability walking with crushes working at Hollard as a claims handler. I do non motor and motor claims as special windscreens and body corporate claims. We are a good team help one another, I learnt that working together for one goal to give best service to iur brokers. I enjoy the free afternoon off once a month because it help me to go for my medical appointment. Not getting feedback from assessors in time is frustrating as it is giving bad to client

Exceptional Payroll Knowledge
Typical work day consists of managing the Payroll mailbox by allocating the workload across my team of Payroll Specialists. I do all tax related queries such as IRP5 explanations and tax calculations for employees and business. Assist with input eg: imports, benefit changes , new hires and terminations. I have a very open personality which allows me to build strong relationships with my co workers. I currently stand in for Hollards Payroll manager when she is away or is unable to provide support to management or staff. The best part of working at Hollard is the culture. The most challenging aspect of my job would be maintaining a strong business relationship with all stakeholders at Hollard.

Manage and maintain the MD’s diary and email account Filter emails, highlight urgent correspondence and print attachments Organise inbound emails into the appropriate folders and any relevant information to be copied into the correct file on the hard drive Ensure busy diary commitments, papers and travel arrangements are managed effectively including producing a daily folder with diary, necessary papers etc. and troubleshooting problems Conduct weekly diary meetings with the MD to discuss upcoming engagements, invitations and other requests Schedule on behalf of the MD meetings between him and his direct reports and the committees and groups to which he is a member Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements in connection with others and ensure arrangements in place for the MD match his requirements

Great
I’m a good motivator to my staff. I’m always the first in and the last out. I work very hard to achieve results. I love spending my time reading, watching soccer and spending time with my family. I love traveling. I love general news. I’m a father of a wonderful son. I’m based in JHB.

Determine to learn and go the extra mile always.
It's a diversity company that gives you a chance to grow only if you are willing and the is space. Typical day at work is to push push and make sure you do go that extra mile and give help and credit where it's due.

Great learning curve
Great company to work for with a lot of wellness towards employees.... it has it's cons in regards with limited growth potential and the continuous change of incentive remuneration from month to month or in a two month gap from time to time. The environment is amazingly friendly and fun yet professional at the same time. Flexibility towards servicing clients another element that makes ones duties more easier to perform. The products are of a clear, fair and affordable nature for clients whilst also catering for high end clients with benefits that would suit their needs at a reasonable cost. Great company all in all except the office politics and limited growth potential.
