I do non motor and motor claims
Im a lady with disability walking with crushes working at Hollard as a claims handler. I do non motor and motor claims as special windscreens and body corporate claims. We are a good team help one another, I learnt that working together for one goal to give best service to iur brokers. I enjoy the free afternoon off once a month because it help me to go for my medical appointment. Not getting feedback from assessors in time is frustrating as it is giving bad to client

I've been given an opportunity to learn a lot and be very responsible
I am responsible for submitting billing schedules for all government employees. I allocate all these premiums and do reconciliations. I query short paid moneys and authorise refunds for over paid moneys. I have acted as a second incharge for more than 3 years. I provide information to stakeholders regarding policies. I allocate all cash deposits. I investigate all unallocated deposits and liaise with banks.
Pros: The company has created one of the best credit controllers

Different system
Allocation Relationship with colleagues is so outstanding I have learnt so much Hollard and their deadline The management is very supportive even if you don't understand they help you....i liked being there

-how to work with people, and how does sales work
Working with my colligues is so good because we always working as a team we motivates each other if there is someone who is left behind with the sales. What I have learnt is to be positive and to communicate well with customers and be a service provider in order to gain a sale. Challenges were the claims for the gardgets

I’m a good motivator to my staff. I’m always the first in and the last out. I work very hard to achieve results. I love spending my time reading, watching soccer and spending time with my family. I love traveling. I love general news. I’m a father of a wonderful son. I’m based in JHB.

Determine to learn and go the extra mile always.
It's a diversity company that gives you a chance to grow only if you are willing and the is space. Typical day at work is to push push and make sure you do go that extra mile and give help and credit where it's due.
