A typical workday at work is when we don't have leads ,dialing voicemails the whole day.i enjoy working with my collegues because I learn a lot of things regarding my job.I am now able to work under pressure and deal with difficult clients.Working long hours is tirirng but worth it when I have reached my target.I have learned to work with difficult people and have learned to socialize and communicate well in the work place .I have also learned to set and reach my targets .I enjoy helping clients and helping pople with their problems,i also enjoy working in a team and being able to lead and be a good agent.
Pros: the harder you work the more you get paid
Cons: long hours and sometimes the leads are not coming through ,having to recycle used leads and wait for clients after hours

Good experience and la lot to learn
The environment is healthy and warm people are very profesional and the company goals and target are very reasonable easy to reach. It is a client based company, my job title is to manage a team of sales agent and see to it that the targer is met. I also teach and train them so to be able to sell with ease

Technical Underwriter
I am very goal oriented, person, passionate about insurance and willing to learn and go extra when required to do so. I always wanting to impart knowledge to people around me and ensuring that we grow in the same direction. I believe in transformation and education for a better future and protection on our industry. I do not want to stay in one place for a long time and this bring a lot of frustration, it is like a ball press down in a swimming pool.

Excellent learning curves
My name is Linda Ntshembo Machebe,currently staying in Johannesburg (soweto).I did archives and managing records with Unisa and currently I'm doing my BA in environmental science.I worked at hollard insurance as a claims consultant for approximately a year and a half,before my contract expired. I then worked at Anderson insurance underwriters for 6 month.fixed contract.I am an Ernegitic person,who believes in term work.I am an ambitious individual who works hard to archives her goals.

Working for Hollard
As I work in a freelance capacity, I do not spent time at the office. I work an average of 10 days a month. When at the office though, the atmosphere is serene and people interact in a most relaxed and professional manner. People go out of their way to make you feel welcome. One is allowed to work at their own pace, so long as their daily targets are met. You learn to be courteous to others and everyone is very helpful. I have learnt that if you are motivated, you can achieve a lot. I enjoy that the atmosphere throughout the company encourages better interaction amongst colleagues and that there are coffee areas throughout the building where one is able to relax if you want to take a break from work. The most challenging aspect of the job is putting together training material when it is not readily available and not finding presentation material at venues where you are supposed to do the training.
