Great engaging skills and background of customer satisfaction
We have very flexible working hours and the company is greatly diversed, our work style is relaxed but most of all the environment is rather very peaceful and great to work under, the management is fairly understanding and they offer flexible working ethics that everyone is comfortable with. I have learnt that customer service is based on how you approach situations with different people and you always need to picture yourself as the customer in-order to solve issues and problems to their best satisfaction.

Learning curve in my career
Working under so much pressure has thought me what I'm capable of doing. Management lack of listening to concerns of staff is one reason most people are leaving.

Great Experience gained
Homechoice was a nice company to work for and I gained alot of beneficial experience and knowledge there although I feel they should pay their staff more.

Excellent place for growth
HomeChoice is a amazing company to work for, it allows for plenty of room for growth and betterment however the culture has changed drastically and therefore I would be looking for better opportunities

My learning curve
My typical work day is listening to calls, give feedback to team leaders and agent. Update the tracker. Type out feedback forms. Sending an update to the business and team leaders. I have a good relationship with my teammates, agents, manager and team leaders. I have a learned a lot in this business because I started as and customer service and sales agent/ insurance and ended up a Quality Assessor. I enjoy giving positive feedback to agents and the business. The most challenging is when agents we're found non- compliant.

Ability to train new recruits. Identifying and closing of gaps within processes
It is a typical work day where agents come to work and perform their daily tasks. I have had an opportunity to explore my knowledge base and being involved with new projects. These excite me as it challenges my capabilities. The staff is amazing to work with as we have a team dynamic
