Njoli Communication centre was a small company with exciting enviroment working day to day with clients creating their documents and interacting with cleints making sure that they have better service and most clients they do not know what they want unlike Huawei having customers like Cell C who know what they want because I was working on their network and huawei is very cultural diverse company sharing our cultural knowledges with large amount of staff meeting new colegues everyday and working in office and outside. I learned a lot on both of these companies.
Pros: Great learning opportunities
Cons: I was never paid for overtime but I felt priveledged working on these companies,I never complain

Forced to learn everything without proper training
Extremely very busy workplace I am very good in team work I have learned how to multi task and even do work out of my job scope. Meeting face to face with many visitors No room for growth and no benefits.
Pros: No room for promotion
Cons: Not easy to take leave either sick or annual

Place that builds new comers to the working industry
There were challenges but the kind of challenges that build you make you strong and lot of knowledge about your work. I spent most of my time at work as my job was too demanding and there was too much pressure. Had a good team always supporting each other.
Pros: Not easy to get promotion

I've how to work on coporate world , to make effort to my work.
In my company do different type of work. I specialize in Linux Admnistrator and Billing Account Receviable. ON Linux Administration we check storage space every day on how it is performing its daily task, such as backing up data together with tapes of that have enough space for doing it daily process, With Billing AR we do collection every day and also check all the processes that needs to be perfomed during collection to make it a point that all things must be run without any failor.
Pros: They promote base on perfomance

Quick and adaptive to new technologies
I have learnt a lot while working Huawei, experienced in GSM, UMTS and LTE. I work within a team and try my level best to finish a task before a specified deadline.

Team leader
I like my company because is challenging and is a growing company.I learn lots of things because when I started work at 2015 I was doing Admin now I am Team leader Project Administrator.I have a good relationship with co-workers as we work as a team.I learnt to work with Chinese people.I enjoying to work big company like Huawei because I learn lots of things from different people and culture. The most challenging is when I need documents from the subcontractor they gave me hard time but I know to handle them.
Pros: I got promotion from Admin to Team leader Project Administrator
Cons: We worked Overtime
