I have learnt how to work under a lot of pressure

TAt Huawei i am working as a planner for fiber network there is much pressure i have learnt to work under a lot of pressure,how to manage subcons and how work with external workers

Pros: There is a great opportunity for promotion as long as you manage to work overtime daily
Cons: Working hours are not limited you work from 8 in the morning to 12 midnight and its normal

Excellent learning curve

Its a great company with so many opportunities and career fields. I have learned a lot from them even thought their working culture is much difficult to adapt to but it build one's personality to grow and be stronger for the corporate world.

Excellent learning curve

Huawei is a great place to work. They take care of their staff djjg Co and they have a good incentive structure. The management style is goof and there is a lot international exposure. When it comes to growth though sometimes your manager can block you off that's the only flaw for growth and development.
