Multi cultural environment and long hours

This is a multi cultural environment, where i get an opportunities to interact with various races and culture on a daily basis and the management is easily accessible. I get to be on standby 24/7 with long hours including weekends and public holidays.

Pros: Intentaional exposure in a diver environment

Persistence and success

Attending interviews half of the day and making sure the best candidates are chosen to fulfill the positions, solving employee/employer disputes, Easily able to get along with project managers and directors and being loyal to them, Understanding what my staff needs in order to deliver efficiently and effectively and ensuring the environment is accommodating as well. Cultural difference and work ethics are a bit of a challenge, especially when working with people from another country following different laws. But we need to educate people of other countries and ensure you compliance for the good of the company.

Pros: Good exposure and character building
Cons: Long working hours and little or no opportunity for promotions

Great skills acquired

A daily basis one has to perform routine Inspections and maintenance work where required, restore links in SLA times, and keep records of sites clients, manholess, routes and terminations

Excellent learning curve

Working for Huawei Technologies is very good and challenging are the things i love. a typical working day involves, subcontractor audits on their warehouses, stock management and material management as well as the necessary logistics which is applicable. during my experience at Huawei Technologies , i have learnt about network configuration as well as supply chain / logistics and warehousing on a much broader scale within the cooperate environment.

Pros: good working environment to learn and to grow
Cons: the company does not provide benefits

Excellent learning curve

Each day was different, work would start at 8 am but I wouldn’t know what time it’ll end, I’d get new work as I’m busy with the other and that was challenging but really made me strong and helped me to be able to work more harder and as efficient as possible even under pressure

Forced to learn everything without proper training

Extremely very busy workplace I am very good in team work I have learned how to multi task and even do work out of my job scope. Meeting face to face with many visitors No room for growth and no benefits.

Pros: No room for promotion
Cons: Not easy to take leave either sick or annual

Good for endurance

THe company culture is levelled against locals and favours the chinese and most of the work is delegated to us,but all in all it can be a great stepping stone is you look to work for great companies

Great platform for growth/skills improvement.

Hard work is defined by working long hours . Must bevstandby 24/7 and phone myst always be on andvreachable. Great platform to learn new technologies with no limitations , all employees are allowed to switch departments and move to new departments they are more interested in.
