Great work experience!
I firstly am required to check my emails as soon as I get to work as I receive all my work for the day via email. My work is neatly laied out on a spreadsheet. I open up the necessary applications needed to do my confirmations. I call my customers and confirm their orders .although most of them aren't always so keen on confirming . that's where I learnt customercare . I now know how to deal with difficult customers and complete my tasks. I enjoy talking to my customers ! Tue most challenging aspects of my job is the amount of work we are given all at once. Everything is quiet simple . my co-workers and I get along very well , in the short period of time that I'm working there we all have developed a good relationship. My co-workers play a big role when it comes to doing my work correctly or assisting me . being in a team is seen as challenging but I enjoy being a team player

Excellent learning experience
Working for the Ignition Group is exciting and every day is a different day being a Sales Team Leader each day brings something new. A typical day at Ignition is starting our sales huddles where each agent had a positive input we decide on an action plan or incentive for the day and work towards that. My relationship with my team is that there is no higher or lower position each one is an equal where we work together,being a friendly person and understanding person plays a very big role as my team is able to come to me at any time with any problem and we work together to solve the problem. What i enjoy most is seeing my team smile when they have achieved each one of their personal goals that they have set for the month.in this position I've learnt to think not only about myself but for others as well. We are a family. The most challenging part of my job is when our systems go down or when there's not enough leads or when an agent is feeling down due to performance.

Cons: When higher management don't take what agent's are experiencing into consideration.

Excellent communication skills,fast learner and self organized
I close calls and convert leads to sales,most challenging aspect is having to be on a serious call and capture the necessary details accurately at once.I have to tolerate all my customers because some are more difficult then others hence I need to blend in so customers are more comfortable and gain their trust.. I have good telephone etiquette and good listening and or communication skills.Employees are more open to employers and vice versa. At the end of the day one is exhausted but looking forward to the next day because you are money driven. And after all, a happy worker is a productive worker

Twas a good company before but now its terrible how they treat staff.
Twas a good company before but now its terrible how they treat staff. You work 5 hours with no water in the building while other companies have left. You are deducted your commissions if you take your sick leave. You are denied your breaks when you are not on target. As an agent you work for below minimun wage. You get impossible KPI that are not linked to your performance. You work extra hours as they see fit at their will witj no consideration 10hour days.

Great work environment
Ignition is an enthusiastic and youthful work environment. We sometimes pull out our dialer just to play some energy boosting games and get incentives for meeting targets. it is always nice to work in an environment where you always motivated to do better. But we all know that money is the biggest motivation so when it came to Ignition there were not meeting my demands.

Challenging sales environment
It's a high pressure call centre with generated leads. Targets and campains change from time to time. Commissions are quite low as you have to reach a certain target before you get paid for commission. There's also a lot of deductions based on the quality of sales as well as attendance. All in all its a very challenging place to work at.
Pros: Opportunity for growth is there.
Cons: Lots od deductions from commission.
