Excellent communication skills
I am a compliance auditor since 10 months and I am doing well and running things smoothly by myself. I have excellent communication skills and I also am very respected.I do a lot of work and I get them all done by the end of the week.
Pros: Great people and great times of working
Cons: Manager has poor communication skills and lack of emotional balance

Hard driven personality
Had to work to make a team target just to get a log off time to go home. I'm able to work with my Co workers no matter what problems I'm facing,being able to put my differences aside, assist were I'm needed being loved and showed care for. I've leant that no matter what problems u have never to bring it to work cause that will disable you to work with your co-worker. Able to work under pressure with the team. I enjoy being at work with the people that are able to give all the love of the job.

Oppertunity in excelling in career advancement
Excellent working culture. proffesional environment. Enjoy assisting customers in providing knowledge on product for upgrades. Very motivating when staff look up to me for advise on the job. The most challenging and exciting part of the job is excelling in targets, which has been accomplished several times on the job.
Pros: great oppertunity for higher post eg. trainer or manager

Better Job Opportunities
Great company but it is time to move on taking all that I have learnt and apply it elsewhere. On a daily basis we are required to do group interviews there after we decline the Candidates that are not suitable for the sales position. There after we are required to do a computer test, during the course of this process I have to decline those who are unable to perform at this. With whomever is left we then do face to face interviews. On a weekly basis i am required to recruit between 20 to 40 candidates for the sales floor After we have the successful candidates from the face to face we do Hr checks check for fraud attach the necessary documents inorder for the candidates to be considered for training. During training we are required to track candidates. There is a lot of admin we need to accomplish including end of day which includes telephonic interviews, successful and non successful candidates. As well as track sll Cvs that we receive. This is just a portion of the duties.

Self driven
As a person I'm a hardworking,self driven, fast learner. I could say I'm self motivated I always want the best for myself forwhich I strive myself into always working hard. People do find me as a cool and blubbly person to work with.. I am a positive individual.

Growth in progress
A typical work day includes making sure that at the end of a day you have to meet up with your target or just excel at it. If you happen to struggle with meeting your target, if a co-worker has reached their then they sometimes help you where you're failing. Working at a call Centre teaches patience and that not everyone is your friend or that not everyone will like and that people actually don't necessarily have the time to speak to you or don't want to at all no matter how much you give it your all.

Excellent learning opportunity
I have gained knowledge in Microsoft Word, excel and PowerPoint, customer care experience and delivery dispatch experience. The company provides stability and decent shifts. I have a great relationship with my team and supervisor, they keep me going through the day.
Pros: Normal working hours-no shifts, team work, job stability.
Cons: Low salary, no promotion opportunities, no long term benefits.

I have learned a lot from from working at Ignition and had gained a lot of experiance.
On typical working days, we are usually motivated by our team leaders to work twice as hard, whereas I even learned the saying which says "there is nothing called a bad day, with great mentality you can make out your day to be what you want it to be." We work with a lot of motivation on daily basis. I've learned that working with a group of people, you learn new things everyday, its up to you as a person whether you want to grow from it or not. What I enjoy mostly about working at Ignition, you make your own money, but that is if you give the required dedication to your job. Every job has its own challenges but I believe that with a positive mind, nothing is impossible.
