Excellent

My experience in the service industry has taught me how to meet and exceed each customer's expectations with service that sells. I have assisted all types of customers in all types of settings. I realize that acquiring and maintaining loyal repeat business as well as spreading the word of your business through these loyal patrons is of the utmost importance in every company. Positioning a company for better exposure and greater marketability is a task that I have performed with success many times. It would be a pleasure to interview with you and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Pros: Yes
Cons: Yes

Excellent

I absolutely enjoyed it in all honesty. It was a very positive environment, absolutely great atmosphere. Gives me the ability to learn how to communicate and improves all communication skills. You then adapt to the willingness of having to learn and it as well allows you to part your knowledge. It was abit challenging, I love the fact that most individuals were entirely competitive and it did get difficult due to leads that were given.

Pros: It was definitely a place for growth
Cons: Long working hours

Twas a good company before but now its terrible how they treat staff.

Twas a good company before but now its terrible how they treat staff. You work 5 hours with no water in the building while other companies have left. You are deducted your commissions if you take your sick leave. You are denied your breaks when you are not on target. As an agent you work for below minimun wage. You get impossible KPI that are not linked to your performance. You work extra hours as they see fit at their will witj no consideration 10hour days.

Pros: Free coffee
Cons: Inhumane

Growth in the industry

Working as a telesales agent is a great job as I get to speak to different people, resolving customer queries and give customers contracts that suit their profile makes it more nice.the training we get from management makes the company stand out from the rest.my typical day at work is getting early for a team meeting setting up my computer, take my first call at 9am then speaking to customers till the end of my shift at 5:30pm latest 18:30pm.I have learnt that no queries cannot be resolved

Pros: It is a great company
Cons: Growth is not constant

Good Incentive process

I feel under paid for the amount of work load I put in, we have alot of processes and procedures and very short deadlines. The company doesn't provide us wit a bonus , the comm structure is all nonsense. We suppose to be providing uncapped comm, with the deductions that we have in place a person can take home close to nothing. Being at ignition I did learn alot thou, I have become the person I am, worked my way up to positions some I was told does not have a higher salary and was stuck to a salary under R3500. The thing I liked aswell about ignition is that we promote internal first before taking on external people but the salary is very low

Pros: Internal growth
Cons: Heavy work load, less pay

Dealing with customers requires you to be energetic and enthusiasm which I'm made off.

I have been doing business administration which focuses more on how to build a business brand which strongly relates to marketing. I am a suitable candidate because i am goal drive, enjoys a challenge when having to think strategically in order to accomplish tasks, good interpersonal skills and confident in producing expected results. I am good at handling customers and obey business ethics. I've worked at companies that require you to stand out on what you can offer and work individually under alot of pressure which developed my skills on how to work under pressure. My goal is to enhance business satisfaction at the same time gain more interpersonal skills and experience. I enjoy learning new things and different ways of thinking which allows me to be more flexible when dealing with customers.

Pros: Good customer conflict solving
Cons: Working long hours
