Excellent learning curve

It was an open environment whereby I can be able to communicate not only with employees but my superiors as well. I have learnt that you should always push yourself inorder to reach out for what you dream of. Most challenging days at work would be thinking out of the box but also meeting the needs of a customer

Pros: Great opportunity to try something new , who knows if you do your job and excel since its a bog company I might get a better position. Growing with the company has always been something I wanted
Cons: Working long hours, expected to meet campaign targets every month.

Excellent learning curve

I have learned a great deal in my employment and education to date, including youth development campaigns, corporate and entertainment related fields of work, all of which I am eager to use on behalf of your company and its clients. As you can see from my CV I have dabbled in many fields of work and have a strong desire to use my expertise to any important benefit. I am an accomplished individual with a strong desire to succeed and lead others to that same destination. My ability to negotiate with clients, work as a team player and meet deadlines, along with my natural enthusiasm and optimism, have all contributed to my successes in various fields. My experience in the service industry has taught me how to meet and exceed each customer's expectations with service that sells. I have assisted all types of customers in all types of settings. I realize that acquiring and maintaining loyal repeat business as well as spreading the word of your business through these loyal patrons is of the utmost importance in every company. Positioning a company for better exposure and greater marketability is a task that I have performed with success many times. Learning curve and given the freedom to produce my own reports

Provide the team leader with productivity statistics, Send out a results report Compile all the issues that are experienced within the department Send out trackers comparing to pruductuon of the previous month. Investigate any large amounts of that is out of the norm

Pros: Freedom to provide reports that I feel best suited regarding the campaign
Cons: Inconsistencies on the report provide by the source provider

Exciting environment

The environment that I work in is very exciting and bubble, lots of young blood which make sthe atmosphere fun and exciting and keeps the energy and vibe going, there is alot of challenges, deadlines and different personalities to work with but at the end of every day it's all about one goal and that is to make money and support households. Over the years I've got to adapt to many different personalities and characters, however I've managed to build my own self esteem and my own enthusiasm towards life and goals.
