Great space for experience

Ii wouldn't recommend anyone to work there, when I first started there the salary was R2750 per month, ignition is the lowest paying company in south africa. We only received the R3500 when it was protested but other than that we'd still be underpaid.

Excellent opportunity to progress

Working in ignition is the best there are many good thing the company offer and ther is alot of potential for growth the staff and managers of the company are very nice and always encourage the staff to reach higher level Leveles

Amazing learning curve... Learned alot of salesman and management skilss

Working at my previous company was amazing as I had the opportunity of selling mobile broadband and TV to the American client base... I have learned alot at my previous job such as running the day to day meetings, reportings, analytical synopsises and end or day reporting... The bond I had with my co-workers were amazing as we believed in teamwork and ways helping each other...

Good

I've gained experience cause I started working there without having experience as a sales agent but now m good at what I do......but I didn't like about it was the management they didn't treat us well ....sometimes they will let us stay behind even wen it late without informing us

My love for the technology industry

I am a person who closely with all departments and that has lead me to learn how every department in the business works. I drove the sales team, mentor them, gives them tips and key selling points, assist customer service with queries, sign off the finance payment schedules before it goes to the executives for sign off, double check and sign off invoices ensuring prices are correct, working with the various account managers as well as our business partners negotiating deals, pricing, rebate structures or marketing support. I work with the marketing team with regards to designs for the websites and social media as well why needs to be advertised

I have personally learnt that it's important to work with one another as well as communicate in that way we do not have any misunderstandings between myself and another Co worker. It's always good to listen to a co workers point of view as well, in which we can expand our knowledge and skills
