Growth in progress

A typical work day includes making sure that at the end of a day you have to meet up with your target or just excel at it. If you happen to struggle with meeting your target, if a co-worker has reached their then they sometimes help you where you're failing. Working at a call Centre teaches patience and that not everyone is your friend or that not everyone will like and that people actually don't necessarily have the time to speak to you or don't want to at all no matter how much you give it your all.

Perfect

It has been amazing I had to grow in many ways. I became a good objection handler as time went..starting pushing more sales.good time management on my everyday leads .I enjoy competing with other's through the number if sales each day.we work perfectly fine with the others. It been an amazing journey.

Energetic and friendly environment

Was full of energetic and friendly faces, target driven and money hungry agents.. I learnt to work under pressure and meet my daily goals. I enjoyed most when we were recognized for our hard work, getting incensitives

Passion for performance

Typical work day is to start with a Team meeting, we compassionate ,we care and looking at their best intrest , before I be anything start being a human being ,I enjoy success and the challenges that come with it and also winning, the most challenging part is to get all employees to.perform at a desired level

Great space for experience

Ii wouldn't recommend anyone to work there, when I first started there the salary was R2750 per month, ignition is the lowest paying company in south africa. We only received the R3500 when it was protested but other than that we'd still be underpaid.

Fun enjoyable learning experience exploring encouraging

Best team player enthusiastic energetic young man enjoyed learning about other cultures and adapted to the best diversive environment handling irated clients in a professional manner

Working with customers has always been nice with me.

My company has always been great with me. Especially as I am now handle supervisor queries. I trust my company believes in me enough to put me in this role. I have learner a love like patients and Ignition group is like now. But looking for something more challenging will make me grow mentally
