It's agreat company to work for but they don't pay very well actually it's disrespectful
they don't want to pay the money is too little but over all the people are friendly and welcoming but the pay guys the pay doesn't equal the amount of work we do for the comapny....PAY

Learning curve and given the freedom to produce my own reports
Provide the team leader with productivity statistics, Send out a results report Compile all the issues that are experienced within the department Send out trackers comparing to pruductuon of the previous month. Investigate any large amounts of that is out of the norm
Pros: Freedom to provide reports that I feel best suited regarding the campaign

working at ignition was a best thing ever as I obtained experience, I like how their management treat and respect other people. health safety of people is prioritized and I shared a very good relationship with them.i only resigned because I wanted a break from very long hours 9 to 7h30
Pros: everyone was given that opportunity to apply for new positions within the company
Cons: they had long working hours from 9 to 7h30 and I have been working those hours for 4 years, I didn't have a problem but eventually I needed a short break

Exciting environment
The environment that I work in is very exciting and bubble, lots of young blood which make sthe atmosphere fun and exciting and keeps the energy and vibe going, there is alot of challenges, deadlines and different personalities to work with but at the end of every day it's all about one goal and that is to make money and support households. Over the years I've got to adapt to many different personalities and characters, however I've managed to build my own self esteem and my own enthusiasm towards life and goals.

I am gained a lot of experience
Its a very busy environment and I conduct a +-5 discipline hearings in 1 day. I have amazing team and management that I work with. I have learnt more about different types of policies that should followed.I love the people work with and management style. It is a very good company to work for. I feel that its been a great challenge working night shift because it has a lot of side effects to a persons body.

Excellent Learning curve
Working there gives you great experience and teaches you to fight against all odds and have good customer care even though there is pressure but it's because of target and that how money is made

Great place to learn and grow
working for sprint was all about culture. people first before anything. team work above all. daily meetings . best practice sharing. stricing for one goal always and to suceed as a unit.
