Good learning space for individuals just starting their career.
It is a great company and I have acquired a great amount of knowledge and wisdom while working there. A day at work can be monotonous and at the same time challenging. I have a good relationship with my colleagues. I have acquired the correct knowledge that will help me progress in my career and future. I enjoy the laughs and jokes with my colleagues and having fun with them and at the same time learning more each day.

Able to manage and provide support in most business sectors
Ensure agents are logged in on time, sort out their break times ensure service levels are met across all lines of business. Most importantly to ensure that the right number of staff is scheduled according to how man calls to receive at a certain interval. Engage with clients as well as recruitment to schedule upskilling or recruit more employees If need be for the future judging from forecasts.

Not good, bad experience
management is not matured enough in decision making changes are made like every week no stable targets changes are made regularly you can't budget. Not growing,selection on favorites by managers.

Excellent learning
The workers are nice and make your day easy and calm I learnt a lot about sales and how to acknowledge a buying signal I enjoy the environment,they make it very comfortable The pressure of making sales is what hits me the most

IT Support Technician
Ignition group is a contact center. I do IT Support for the company providing first line support, troubleshooting and escalations. Environment is interactive and friendly.

Company is quite big and has alot of employees where the majority is call center candidates that work very hard with less recognition. The company doesnt have room for growth in the IT secotr

working at ignition was a best thing ever as I obtained experience, I like how their management treat and respect other people. health safety of people is prioritized and I shared a very good relationship with them.i only resigned because I wanted a break from very long hours 9 to 7h30
Pros: everyone was given that opportunity to apply for new positions within the company
Cons: they had long working hours from 9 to 7h30 and I have been working those hours for 4 years, I didn't have a problem but eventually I needed a short break

Exciting environment
The environment that I work in is very exciting and bubble, lots of young blood which make sthe atmosphere fun and exciting and keeps the energy and vibe going, there is alot of challenges, deadlines and different personalities to work with but at the end of every day it's all about one goal and that is to make money and support households. Over the years I've got to adapt to many different personalities and characters, however I've managed to build my own self esteem and my own enthusiasm towards life and goals.

Learning curve and given the freedom to produce my own reports
Provide the team leader with productivity statistics, Send out a results report Compile all the issues that are experienced within the department Send out trackers comparing to pruductuon of the previous month. Investigate any large amounts of that is out of the norm
Pros: Freedom to provide reports that I feel best suited regarding the campaign
Cons: Inconsistencies on the report provide by the source provider
