Excellent learning curve

A typical work day would start with a team huddle discussing the previous days performance and in most times you made to be felt very humiliated just before work. The first 3 hours you will have to respond to email queries and call any promised customer callbacks. your shift would start and you will take call after call non stop and only allowed to take your tea and lunch when they are scheduled, if they are missed because of a call then you will need to wait for the next break. This is a normal everyday working day. Relationships with co-workers are excellent because everyone is happy to be off the phones for a while and then the complaints about management start. Management in a nutshell is pathetic, all of the close friends and circles have all worked together to manipulate the works systems and cover for each other to produce stats in order to gain promotion.

Cons: never ending pay queries, rude and abrupt management

Good learning academy

A typical work day is like any other, in a call centre the calls boom and customer service is our main focus, like any company it has its pros and cons, transport the company provides is sometimes good however they do lack in their responsibility to fetch the employees and the employees will have to make alternative arrangements to get to work especially if they start before the 5am shift. The best part of my job are the people I work with, they have become my family, home away from home, I have learnt so much from working here and the knowledge learnt here has been and will continue to be applied to my daily life outside of my working day, the most challenging aspects about the job are when customer's come through with complication queries and it is out of my skills set to assist however that does not stop me from going to certain individuals and gaining the "need to know" knowledge incase I get another call like that again.

Pros: Learning academy is good at teaching you what you need to know
Cons: Company goes according to legislature eg: 9.5 hours working day 30 minute lunch

Good environment

i working in a call center environment and for me its not the best place to be because i want to grow in ternms of IT. a little bit of IT here. my couileages are very nice and helpfully.i am enjoying but i see no growth.now that i am here i improved in communication skill,team work,understanding different cultural backgrounds and values.

IT support, Team work, customer services and promoting products.

Typical day of work -taking calls -team meetings -stats reviews -coaching -coordinating -professional relationship with co-workers -working under pressure -dealing with customers -I like helping people and getting their internet connection restored -challenges was dealing with customers thats not computer literate but the great part is educating them with the proper knowledge -I enjoy helping people and making them better.

Pros: Good with people, patient, kind, always deliver on time, dertermined to succeed.

Awesome experience

Company is great Working hours not so much Relationship with the colleagues is wonderful as I have been taught alot by them Management is great I just enjoyed so many things at iinet I enjoy the relationship I have with management and my colleagues if I am having a bad day they pick up the weight if either one of them is having a bad day I help where I can I have been taught so much there patience and to always take ownership of my work and take pride in what I do and to have confidence The most challenging aspect at iinet is the difficult customers
