We are a big company catering for all LSM,we are busy everyday helping assisting customers to choose the right products for their homes. I am a good team builder,listening and communicating to my staff daily. I have learn that to be a leader you must have good listening skill and you must pass those important information. I enjoy working with others as li earnING different ideology. Most challenging is when it comes to month end, where some customers are not given that good attention as you will be all over the floor trying to get to everyone.
Pros: Great opportunity to climb the ladder.

Supervisory role
At Lewis Stores my daily duties comprises extensive driving to 60 Lewis Stores located in Gauteng and Northern Cape. I am working at special unit, however I managed to establish a good working relationship with operational department and credit granting. Since I joined Lewis I have learned that you can learn from any employee from junior to senior management. what I enjoy the most is to visit clients at out scares areas whom felt neglected before. the most challenge that I love is to teach people who have been with the company for number of years to part away with the norms which they assumed to be correct, and show them how to perform their duties in a compliant way.
Pros: This department has been in existance for nearly two years and we are being well recognised

Lewis group when I start working it was a differnt environment from where I from come from a bit challenging but as a fast learner enjoy working forLewis. I can't say typical work day I'd rather say challenging day at work. My relationship with co- worker I have a good relationship with them. I have learn a lot working with customers. Meeting different cust everyday dat most existing part of my job.
Pros: It is a great opportunity to work for a great company i have learn a lot of adminstration ,customer service ,working with stock working here has gave opportunity to see retail at another level
Cons: working long hours sometimes it frustrate a person but on the other hand i see it as a opportunity to learn more in the company a person can gain experience

Full control of the branch.
Havin to work with stubbon customers. Wakin up by 5 o clock for cah colletion. My co-workers ate also lovin en hardworking. Our Relation is of best %for now im solearned so murch from working under pressure takin responsibilty .and makin sure i provide gud service. Followin all ma acc. Makes me hapiWorking by 5 irritates me

Achieving targets
Daily focus on results in terms of all targets on sales and accounts. Store visits and inspection to ensure high standard of marketing and company standards are achieved. Daily communication with all store staff, motivating and ensuring high levels of productivity. Assest and cash checks. My relationship with co-workers is one of strong motivation and respect. To be the example and lead from the front. I enjoy having the best results and to be the best in my division. Most challenging will be to get stores to the level of my personal standards.
