Great learning curve
I recently completed my Training as Trainee Branch Manager and self managing training called 7 Habits. It's the best motivatinal training I've attended so far and that put me on another level of knowledge of sales and retail. Any job would be great to do and I'm willing to grow not move forward not for less than I'm worth. I pass my integraty test because I am an honest and trustworthy person. I'm loyal very hard working and always gives my best especially when I'm appreciated.

•completed induction courses -: *sales, stock clerk, credit and also branch manager. •being in charge of the branch. •team work. •second in charge (2IC) experience. •good communication with customers. •handling angry customers.

Excellent learning curve, made me a hard worker, more persistant to reach goals
Workig for this company was a learning curve, because i did it as experiential training.gave me confidence and had to work with people, worked very well under pressure and reached deadlines that was set for me as an individual. Also work well in teams.

Excellent learning curve
Lewis furniture is a great company to work for. They train their staff members and make sure that they are well trained to assist customers. Customer service is the biggest drive at Lewis and staff members are well mannered. Working your hours are not bad at all .

Definite experience and character building experience
Working for Lewis stores only increased my already strong work ethic and pushed me to be hard working and target driven in every aspect of my work yet still being meticulous when it came to the finer aspects of my work

Excellent learning experience
The work is challenging and demanding, so it keeps you focused all the time. There's a lot of traveling as well . Salary do not match the responsibilities that comes with the the position.

Learn a lot
I aquired my business knowlegde from them.i believe that i can even run my own business someday. There is still a lot of room for improvement,like a lot of the procedures only protects the company but not much is been done to cater or protect the employess from victimisation and abuse of power by senior management.
