Learn a lot
I aquired my business knowlegde from them.i believe that i can even run my own business someday. There is still a lot of room for improvement,like a lot of the procedures only protects the company but not much is been done to cater or protect the employess from victimisation and abuse of power by senior management.
Pros: Learning different business skills

It was a learning curve
Lewis was one of the companies that I learned a lot from, I got to grow as an individual and helped others grow. Lewis cares for its employees and have programmes such as Employee Wellness Program. It has been great working for such a company.
Pros: Learning curve, stepping stone, great opportunities for promotions
Cons: Long working hours especially write off time.

Excellent manager
Best retailers in SA . Biggest future retailers in SA.over 5000 stores in SA in house finance.Over 5000 employees nationwide and a big network. Great company to work for . Plenty of opportunities for growth in the future retailers in SA.

Competent trainer and assessor
My job entails the following: Training Administration, Planning and Scheduling Training Facilitation and Assessment Learner Support Learner Feedback Remedials Certification I passion about my work and thrive under challenging condition. Work with teams and less supervision.
Pros: Good working environment and management support and less supervision. Responsible on project management and reporting to senior management. Providing ongoing support to reinforce transfer of learning at the workplace. Conducting training needs analysis from time to time and re.view training interventions
Cons: Highly presuusrised working environment and unrealistic deadlines.

Great learning experience
I have learned a lot from working for the company, great staff and superiors, had challenges but everyone was willing to help.Company offered training from a junior staff to the senior staff members, everything was just a learning curve for everyone.Safety and security is also offered.

A very good company to work for and with lots of opportunities.
A very companyto work for and with lotsof grethe the compulsory after their staff and also the working hours are very normal unless it's on a month end were you have to work on Sundays opportunities.
