I'm a hard worker, been in sales since 2009 I have my re exams currently completing my nqf. I'm a mother of 3 live in Chatsworth. I have my own vehicle with a valid drivers license. My company is good just management has issues looking for better ventures,I have an excellent relationship with co workers. The thing I enjoy most is meeting people changing their views and the flexibility of the job. I have been in the bond sector at bondchoice, nedbank mortgage also have been employed at bidvest financial services.

Good comminicator
it was good experience working at liberty as I was doing unclaimed benefit, it was challenging on some days since you needed to reach your target and thither hand you need to reply to clients and brokers on mails. it was good team work because if your not at your desk and a client call someone from the team was gonna resolve the quarry on your behalf and leaner quite a lot of things like how to handle aggressive customer and behaving in a professional way.

Great learning curve with new industry exposure
Working at my current company provides challenge to the discerning person who does not give up easily. A day can start with a meeting, new work allocations or delivery work. Workers engaged with include senior leaders, business partners, immediate team and direct reports. I have learnt a lot about insurance, its value drivers, risks, operating practices and legislation impacting and governing it. I enjoy interacting with people and engaging customers and staff to identify their needs, pain points and coming up with solutions to those. The greatest challenge is trying to overcome legacy constraints.

Life changes prompted the move
a typical at work -start with draw excel spread sheet with work allocated for the day and check the two e-mail cabinets i work on in the day. I get along with all co-worker on professional level - there are those lemons that live to complain "chronically" Considering that i have never worked in the insurance industry before i have learned quite of the industry and the intricacies about the underwriting processes. My previous positions required me to be on the phone but in very different role, in this role had to be a subtle investigator - while speaking to a client you have to be subtly probing and quizzing the client without coming across as an interrogator or being overly intrusive. The challenges i faced was learning fast - getting to grips with many medical conditions and medications and the effect on an application and risk to the business. I enjoy the fact that you are not micro managed your sense responsibly will manage your performance.

Great company.EXcellent people to work with. The company has good support system.liberty is a company has a good reputation.I have been with the company for 5 years and in that 5 years was promoted to be a team leader.I have gained so much.I have also developed into a great manager were I lead people and driving them through results.I Have also learned that at all times processes must always be followed.Honest and integrity is one of the key factor within the company.I have enjoyed my stay with the company but I feel now it's time for me to move on for New challenges and seek something that will add value in my professional life.

Always lives a room for development from those who have been in the industry
the working environment can be tense at some days because of the pressure of business since the market is broad, and competitors can create tension in the office environment more if people earn on commission, but beside that the his nothing that makes me happy in the office than fulfilling the promises we make to clients and seeing the difference we make as a company to our clients

Patience
Learned a lot about telly sales Advisors not true full about commission payed. Telly sales for 5 advisors. Making and reschedule 5 advisors appointments. Most appointments made in one day was 18. I have learned patience and dedication Making as much appointments as possible at one day. ChallengING aspects of the job is to handle rude people over the phone

Was an opportunity for me to get permanent employment
I make calls to clients who recently applied for risk insurance or who are updating policies more than 6 months old. I book for three nurses in the Northern Suburbs, Table Bay, Boland & Helderberg My job is book clients in a way that will keep the nurse in her route for that day and this sometimes is a challenge as you'll get a client requesting an appointment on a day that there's no nurse in the area. Dealing with clients on the calls everyday has strengthen my abilities to deal with pressure and to have patience and to manage emotions

I am a strong minded individual who is self-motivated and self-managed I have various skills to make an immediate impact, I adapt to changes and am able to execute all job functionalities given remarkably well. I am an asset and give off my 100% in any task given to me, I never give up and am determined to break all limitations by exceeding to new levels, I work well with all types of characteristics and cultures. I am able to work well in any pressured environment.. I am a self-motivated and self-managed individual who has various management skills , I am able to make an immediate impact driving the company bench marks to higher levels with the ambitious mindset to be productive at all times aggressively seeking to achieve goals and determined to create a sustainable business wherever I go. I have good communication and leadership skills I work well under any pressured environment being able to adapt to change fast with quick decision making skills.
