I cannot see what I am typing on this page so I would rather not comment on Love my working hours, love co workers. Lots to learn. Great people to teach you. Change in pay not acceptable. Brokers love company. Tariffs not in line with test of industry.this section.

The occupation is based mostly on interacting with clients and prospective clients on a daily basis which broadens communication skills and builds confidence.

Excellent Learning Curve
My duties as a Financial Advisor involves creating a holistic financial planning in providing solutions for Retirement as well as drawing up Wills. I was privilege enough to be able to join the Induction Course where I learned the various communication methods as well as the various Products that are available for providing solutions to my clients.

Excellent learning and skills development
Develop marketing strategy and plans. Develop marketing campaigns to supposed sales drive. Daily chats with stakeholders to align andbupdate on work in progress. Team work and collaboration is a big part of my job.

Best company to work for working hours are efficient and the salary is good the management is the best they offer support to their employees and selling their products was easy and hot to interact with clients.

Curious
I honestly enjoy working for Liberty. There has been ample opportunities for me which I took full advantage of. The challenge is that my line manager refuses to review my package which has been promised for the past 5 years in this role.

Dynamic company
1. daily project update and stakeholder engagement regarding planned sourcing initiatives 2. I work closely with my coworkers as most of our work is interdependent i.e after finalizing a project you need to handover to contract management & vendor onboarding 3. i have that you need to handle every project as your own baby end to end and to be highly strategically focused 4. i enjoy what i do as i am very passionate about it and sometimes how much each project stretches you 5. Stakeholder relationships can very challenging as you have to manage each of them at different levels and at the same time delivering the best service to them

Good starting point for recent Matric Graduates
I learn't a lot about the financial industry and had the opportunity to up skill myself on my interpersonal communication skills, being client centric and working under pressure.
